I'd like to sell this to a board member rather then put it on CL/Fleabay. I'd rather it go to an enthusiast then someone who wants a really cool "HEEP". Throw me silly offers...you won't hurt my feelings...I promise! No trades...just cash. Need house $$$. Thanks for look'n!

Who made/makes that jerry can bracket? Or are those just racheting straps to secure it to the mounting bracket? Been trying to find something for 2 cans for the rear SG tire carrier.

Hope you find them soon. Would hate for you to blow through both tanks and not have your jerry cans while going through the holland tunnel.

Accomodation for a Hood mounted spare so when you pop the hood it doesn't keep the hood from opening fully?

Jake: YOU ARE THE MAN.

Got the d90 on Saturday and have been pretty much sleeping in it ever since. Thanks for being a straight-up guy and I promise to do her right. You definitely put some love in to this truck.

If anyone is interested, I'm considering down-sizing the bumpers on this thing because it JUST BARELY fits in my garage. Sorry, Jake... love the handiwork and respect the work you put in. If anyone is interested in either the front (with Warn 8274) or rear (jerry can, spare and bottle opener!) bumpers, let me know. I'll be posting on the Parts forum after the holidays.

So who collects the dues for this Defender cult anyways? I'M IN.

Great news Peter, the indoctrination starts now! My recomendation is that you keep the truck like it is for the next 6 months before changing it. Get to know it, and figure out what your plans might be for it. Worst case, take the stuff off that you think you may not want, and keep it in the garage for 6 months. Then, if you don't want it or need it, sell it off.
