Another for the Austin folks - White '94 ST

Some changes in my family/financial situation are forcing me to sell my '94 ST. Solid smooth daily driver. Totally stock and ready for the upgrades I wanted to do. I have it listed elsewhere for $24,500 but you all know what that means.

Recent work includes Head Gaskets with tanked and re-finished heads, re-core radiator, water temp guage, alternator, etc.

88,600 miles
Comes with bikini top and some other accessories.

Let me know what questions you have. I may also be open to a trade for an older Series truck depending on condition.

I don't know how some folks can sell their D90 after so much work and emotional attachment. Think of the regret you'll have 10 or 20 years down the line.

...10 or 20 years? Try days. And its not even sold yet.

Seriously, it was a very hard decision to make. Especially in light of the fact that I was just becoming more comfortable (not necessarily skilled) with doing the work myself. I console myself by looking through the Series sites, beer in hand.

I WILL HAVE ANOTHER TRUCK!!!!!!! Yes, I will.

But for now, another beer.

You can't do this. After all the time we've spent......I'm not mad, just disappointed.

A little more info

Just to answer a few questions I have had about the truck...

There is a ding on the driver's door. It came to me that way, so I don't really know what happened.

The driver's side footwell needs to be sanded and painted. The previous owner had a clutch leak that dripped down the inside and peeled the paint. There is a little surface rust, but nothing a couple of hours can't totally fix.

The seats need some help, but are still reasonably comfortable. I was planning on replacing them this year.

The fuel guage is acting up. I use the odometer as a back up. And wiper switch is being a bit testy too. A good cleaning will likely take care of that.

I am open to offers, but not in too big a hurry to sell.

Sold

The truck has been sold, but I have a bunch of left over parts and accessories if anyone is interested. I will post to the parts list.

Sale

I didn't get asking, but never really expected to. I actually traded the truck in because the dealership gave me more than I asked, and with the tax savings, we actually only came up about 1k lower than I was asking. Not exactly the way I wanted it to go for sure. But, better than if I had sold it for 23k to someone in a private transaction.

Anyone have a Series III for sale? Cheap?
