advice on value of '97 D90

I have a friend who is considering selling their '97 D90. They are second owner and the vehicle is in very good condition with APPROX 125K miles. They have records of all preventative and corrective maintenance and it has seen no off road use.
Any help with determining fair market value would be appreciated.

I think a little more info and pics would help. HT or ST. Color. Where has the truck spent most of its life?

In the 20's (low, mid, mid-high) depending on condition, respectively.

Sorry, it's a hardtop with 4 side facing folding seats in back. The first owner purchased it in Arizona and it has lived in Atlanta and North FL since '98.

Based on my luck selling mine with 105000 - if you actually want to sell it would need to be right around 20000

I started high 20's now im mid 20's and if I want to sell it looks like it will need to be low 20's

Looks like im keeping it!

more info

The d90 is green. It does have internal roll cage. Not too sure about all options, just trying to get a ball park starting figure.

Thanks for all the inputs so far!

I'm not an economics major, but the price of the 90's is extremely interesting to me. They aren't the easiest car to find, but aren't common either. As I research them I find the same ones are constantly for sale here or on Ebay for pretty high prices and they never sell. I don't understand why they are priced so high if the market isn't paying for it.

Regardless I may be interested in it...do you have any pics? I would say if the truck is in standard condition for a 97....No Rust, some cosmetic flaws 25k would be right around there.

The mileage is the killer. A sub 100K 97 D90 will bring a lot more than the 125K truck you are looking at. If the truck is clean with no rust I would think upper 20's. If it has any rust, bulkhead, door bottoms, rear cross member, then the price might be in the low 20's to upper teens. Earlier this year I saw a 97 with typical rust issues, sub 100K truck barely get 16K. Of course yo may be able to auction it and get more, or not.
