Yeah, sorry Jap truck.. I got it in Montreal, Canada with 44,000km on it and drove it to Wisconsin (where I'm from) to surprise my mom and dad. I left it at my parents and flew back to California and am currently arranging shipping to get it here. As terrible of a job as I did picking out that other truck I really feel confident I did my due diligence to get the right truck here. By Due diligence I mean i called Barry every 2 seconds asking him every question I could about everything I could..can't wait to check my roaming charges...THANKS BARRY!!! I attached the only pic I have, my poor dad needs 5 minutes to get in with those tires on it..haha

Can't wait for LA happy hour!

Just curious where'd you find it (I mean eBay, etc)? Pretty cool to have one of the Japanese NAS trucks.

Anyone know, were the Japanese trucks all SWs?

All wagons. Ecr has a write up on their site. I drove one a few years back. Slow as shit power windows. The dealer that had the one I drove had three of them. They all came through canada. I assume based on this one coming through there as well that there was a smart importer up there who realized they were cheap in Japan but valuable here. Same deal with the guy in Florida who imported some.

On the ecr site there is a pic of one with a Japanese unleaded sticker. I would have to have that if I had one!

Yep, come even if you don't have your truck. I don't think any of us ever saw Brad's truck at a HH.
