At least he took really nice photos of his own to show he put forth a little effort. Oh wait...

------ Follow up post added December 4th, 2011 08:28 AM ------

That's what you get though, for just selling it to some random dude on Craigslist instead of keeping in the family!

Looks like it's North Shore Autosport.

Funny how North Shore Autosport is about 20 miles South of the North Shore. South Side of Chicago is NOT the North Shore....

Isn't that the same guy who had a "restored" 110 a couple years back that was a Frankenstein-truck?

This is testament to how collectible a 97 coniston green with white roof truck is. You were a fool to let it go so cheap. There are only 341 of these fine machines in existence.

It took RMR 2 years to sell this at $7k less than North Fork is asking, right? Wonder how long it'll sit this time. You'd think Josh would have given forum members first shot...but maybe I'm just old fashioned!

Well couple of things. He is new to the board so it's not like he has long standing loyalty to us. Secondly I saw the truck and it was fucked up not to mention the funny title. I would have done exactly the same thing. He had cash in hand in under 24 hours. Better than licked/not licked nonsense from board members who want it but quickly realize it isn't a great deal.

It had a tarnished title, a hole in the frame, footwell holes, and fucked brakes.

Thanks Barry, yeah a couple of things here: 1, I did hold the truck for forum members that did contact me before i put it on craigs. I even held off the seller from putting money into my paypal account until the first interested forum member declined. Also there was a reason the truck sat at rmr for so long. Anyways it's gone and so is the money on a ROW truck that i'll post pics when it gets here.
