97 d90 le 119/300

1997 Defender 90 LE 119/300. 180k miles. Purchased in August from Will Tillery (aka Rover Guy LLC) to fill the void while he rebuilds another 97 for me. "Cost overruns" on the project force the sale of this one. Will went through it extensively prior to sale. Solid vehicle all-around. Starts, runs, drives, handles, shifts perfectly. Recent engine rebuild. Rust free body, frame, bulkhead, cross member, battery box, floor boards, etc. Minor surface corrosion in normal areas (hinges, bolts). Brand new exhaust, catalytic converters, battery and fuel tank skid. Exterior has minor blemishes including a few door dings and cracked paint/small dent on front fender. I have tried to illustrate cosmetic defects in photos. Interior is very clean. Headliner needs normal replacement. $49,900

Nice looking LE. Curious why the front side reflector on the driver side is further back (i.e., closer to driver door and similar to reflector positioning on a '94) vs the passenger side? I've seen this now on a couple different '97's where the driver side marker is pushed back further compared to passenger side.

GLWS!!

The fender was replaced with the wrong part following damage

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.
