Posting for a good friend:

Taking the wheelin up a notch, and selling the 90 to fund a more serious rig. It has only 38K miles, and in near perfect shape. All factory options, including roof rack. Every imaginable aftermarket uprade including 4.10 ARB's, skids, frame sliders, siff guards, rock sliders (sills) with removable steps, rear corner guards, WARN winch on slimline custom front bumper with Camel Trophy Brush Bar, SS limb risers, 2' OME with Rockware rear hoops and EE spring retainers top and bottom, 3 tops, custom soft door tops. Also includes factory take off parts-alloys, front and rear bumpers, side steps, etc. Listing for two weeks as is, if not sold disassembling and selling in stock configuration. Hate to sell, but refuse to damage such a nice truck. $47,500.00 (hopefully to a good home). Thanks for looking, Dale

Here are the pictures of the D90 in question. I am posting for the seller. The 90 really is that nice. The pictures are from Imogene Pass, Black Bear Pass, and Blanca Peak in Colorodo last summer.

Will - are you driving that Trek Disco that was at LR Columbia for a while - or am I mixing it up with the G4 truck?

When you say " a more serious rig"; I'm intrigued. What does that entail? Where and how do you use a more serious rig exactly?

Jim,

I am driving the '99 TReK Discovery II. It was the first year the Series II's were launched. They had both it and the G4 in Columbia for a little while. It's an awesome vehicle. When I bought the Disco, it only had 33K on the clock. That was less than around 5K miles a year! One of the really cool features is that the Disco is factory Rubber lined, NO CARPET! I can just hose it out I kind of took a sentimental attachment to the truck after competing in the '03 TReK in Colorado. I couldn't find one of the '03 TReK Disco's though. Oh well, I'm happy now! Still not a 90 though

Dale is building a new rig, one that he is not afraid to dent and ding. He wants more of a buggy for doing serious rock crawling. Hopefully that answers your question.
