Smile '95 RRC TWR edition for sale - Denver, CO

1995 Range Rover Classic Brooklands/TWR Edition, Beluga Black, 107K miles. Located in Denver, CO.

Photos here:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/5103576...7623781263306/
More info on the TWR Edition here about 3/4 of the way down the page:
http://www.rangerovers.net/modelspecs/1995.html

Price is $7,400 or nearest reasonable offer. It's in really, really great shape, but of course not perfect. For more information or photos please email (not PM) me at my email address below.
I absolutely love this vehicle, it's been one of my favorite Rovers and one of my best overall cars I've ever owned, but it has served it's purpose as our kiddie-hauler and now I want one I can wheel. The TWR body kit is beautiful but will need to be removed if I am to do that so...
I'm selling it to buy another modified '95 RRC with a bad X-fercase that I can wheel without guilt or worry of off-road damage.

Thanks,
~Art Vigil

Wow, just wow..... I seriously think you could get a lot more for that truck. Really. That has to be the cleanest 95 RRC I have ever seen. A SWB, TRW and if it's that clean underneath you should ask closer to 10K + for it. Some of the rare RRC's are bringing that and more oddly enough.

Nice truck.
Everything functional, i.e., heated seats, heat/AC control in working order?
Any issues with the engne and/or have the engine been done?
Paint work and/or accidents on the truck?
Any warning codes on the display (the three amigos)?
Thanks in advance.

I saw this truck last week as well as Art's Series III and they are both very sharp looking vehicles. It is obvious that you are a total car fanatic, Art! I hope to have the space you do someday! good luck with the sales:-)

Issues:
The heated seat lights work, but if the seats do, they are not warm enough to feel on my butt.
The cruise control pneumatic tubing deteriorated long ago and I never replaced it, so no CC.
The "ANTI LOCK" and "TC" lights caused by faulty ABS sensors are on often, but not always, but the super ridiculously expensive ABS pump was replaced within the last 5-10K miles.
The lower tailgate has a massive crack on the right exterior side and some rust developing on the area above the license plate light. If I were keeping the vehicle, I'd replace it cause it annoys me.
Although no accidents showed up on the carfax it looks like the PO backed into something as the right rear corner has a ding also. The upper tailgate has some slight surface rust but it's been stopped and would be indivisible if I touched it up with paint. The upper tailgate has been sealed with clear silicon to stop any further water penetration.
The hood has some slight oxidation developing in the inside creases.
The right rear wheel well has developed some rust which I'd repair if I were keeping it. Fortunately it's on an area that is easily treatable and that can be painted with a gloss black spray can.
The only other rust area I've found is very odd, it's inside the left front wheel well and is visible if you look straight at the vehicle just over the tire. It's an area that is not structural and is very thin metal (maybe part of the splash guard?) and I almost missed it because it looks like a cutout, but is not on the other side.
5 years ago someone pulled away from a parking spot into my wife as she was driving past causing damage to the RF panel. The accident was low speed so the damage was miraculously limited to just the panel and could have been repaired, but I paid extra to have the entire panel replaced and painted off the vehicle the way Land Rover does it. It looks perfect.

I think that's it, there are a few door dings and some scratches that are more obvious because of the dark paint, but nothing terrible. To my knowledge, everything else not mentioned here works.

It's a damn nice vehicle and I will miss it.

Licked.

Sometimes it pays to be quick and impulsive I guess.

I am anxious to touch it, rub it and drive her home.

Good buy!

So, what about that faded red D90? Will you have three now?

No red D90 for me - great buy and a very good start for a runner.... but after looking it over again yesterday I decided I wanted something cleaner. So I was "that guy" and withdrew from from the tentative deal.

So, just an RRC for me.

Series and/or D90's don't seem to be in the cards for me.
