15K, but that was the take it as is price.
We'll now be going over the truck to get it up and running/driving safely so the price will go up based on what we need to put in.

Yes, that one. Email me if you want info. Lets not hi-jack this RR for sale thread.

It's an excellent start for a project and will take a fair bit to really be road ready - but not bad, and in terms of ECR's ability it's nothing. It's solid overall and I did a large amount of picking away at it trying to find anything scary. Nothing too horrifying! It will make someone a great truck.

<kicking myself> I should have bought both of Arts trucks the day I was out there. Stupid stupid! I could have enjoyed them for a while and then turned a tidy profit.
Oh well glad someone here got them.

Sold!

Okay, it's official. I just received the deposit so the vehicle is SOLD!

Thank you everyone for your interest, while I am having a bit of sellers remorse, I'm happy it's going to a great new owner.
Thanks Doug, I look forward to meeting you in person.

Best,
Art Vigil

Glad you got it - always exciting to send a check out in an Express Envelope and hope it actually gets there.

Can't wait to meet you in person and drive her home!

Just picked up the truck - now sitting bored in a hotel room in Denver. Too dark out to work on the truck...

RRC is exactly what he said, beautiful truck, well loved and I am proud and honored to be the new owner.

Art is a VERY stand up guy, hell of a nice family and an all around good man. And that Series which is still in the garage........ I WANT IT! Quite upset someone beat me to it. Just a super example and so tidy overall. That is a REALLY nice little truck.

I head out of here tomorrow headed for Maine eventually. The RRC should get me there - is a really solid truck, just enough little issues (and I do mean little) to be entertaining and give me some "projects" but it is by far hands down the best one I have ever seen.

So thanks again Art. Great to meet you and your family and thanks for dinner, a beer and a full tank of gas! What a good guy. :-)

Doug

Very Nice! The best part is when you are driving it away knowing it's yours. Have a safe trip.

Doug- feel free to stop by if you are this far south. I will be at Expo Fri thru Sun however, but should you need anything in route, give me a ring. The east coast guys will get you home if only to deliver parts in route :-) Be safe!!

Thanks Dale - I think the furthest south I will be is south west PA or so.

Thanks all for the encouragement and the offers to visit! I hope to have a smooth trip and it's nice to know there is help if needed.

Seats for you...

Hello Doug,

If you are interested, I have a set of front and rear seats that will go in your truck, with new leather and heating elements, in Bahama Beige. All you have to do is swing by the Boston, MA area, and can have them for the grand total price of FREE...

Let me know.

Smile Sure thing to all

More than happy to offer to the next person if Doug does not go through. What I will not do is ship them; so they have to be picked up...

Small price to pay, I'd say!
