94 Yellow ST Project $12k/offer Colorado

Guys,
I have bit off way more than I can chew on my latest project. I have bought a 94 NAS 90 #626 that was someone elseís project truck. I has the beginnings of a 4.0 conversion and is 75% together.
It is a 94, Soft top Yellow with some nicks and dings and shows only 42k miles on the title and odometer. It was in an accident at some point but has been mostly repaired. It is missing some miscellaneous parts like some dash work, radiator, engine components, and others. I have started to go through the inventory and have got cold feet on wanting to tackle the project. It has a near perfect interior, missing dash bits, console and some ignition switch components. The frame and body are very rust free, I canít see any sign of rust anywhere.

I would like to get what I have in it or close and am asking $12k. or any reasonable offer. I donít want to sell it out of state as I would like to make sure who ever buys it has a chance to look at it and make sure I have described it accurately. Email me at dennis@gt350s.com and I will call you back or give you my number to call. The truck is located in my garage in Denver Colorado and again I would rather not sell it to someone who canít see it first hand.
Again give me a call and I can describe it more in detail.
Thanks
Dennis

Couple of updates,

-For those asking on price, i have some flexibility in my asking price to negotiate.
-Pictures are included in the link below.
-I still would like to only sell this to someone who can look at the truck as I am sure I am missing something.
-I have a big box in the back with parts, brackets bolts screws covers etc.
-I have all 5 wheels however there are only three good BFG Mud terrains. The other tires are 1 used disco wheel and tire and 1 brand new disco tire.
-the front half of the roll bar is tweaked a little as it sits on the floor.
-the seats are mint condition, near perfect.
-The engine is used with unknown condition.
-The rear tub looks perfect with no rust.
-There is a near brand new set of side steps for the truck.
-I do not have the sills.
-The hood is perfect as far as I can tell.
-The top looks in good condition.

(please do not take what I listed above as a complete description, this is merely a list of questions people have asked and additional things I have noticed.)

I do not have the title in hand. My local credit union has it. The title is clear however Carfax shows former
accident/salvage history. I know nothing more about this, I bought it with a clear title in exactly the condition it is in.

For what I am asking/would take for the truck there are enough of the expensive parts to part this truck out and sell the title to someone who would do a 110 build up. I still think the truck is very nice, I just thought it was much more "together" and I could get it running by spring. This would be a nice truck to build, it is not like the typical east coast/midwest rust buckets I have looked at, and while it needs some parts, I would much rather build this truck than try and remove/repair a rusty one if you have the time.

Again on price, I am negotiable and cash talks.

Thanks
Dennis

I wish I had the means to buy it....I've got most of the parts it needs sitting here.

Dennis,

I cant buy the whole 90, but if you feel like parting it out, I really can use the ignitions switch that I see dangling in the photos. No need to cut anything out, just unplug and send. Please let me know if you are interested.

Matt...

Thanks for the couple offers,
Just to be clear, there is NO way I will part this truck out. It is way to nice to part out and only needs parts to be put back together as a nice street or trail truck. I have a bunch of interest in it currently and assume it will sell soon.
Thanks
Dennis
