Go Army, beat Navy.

Seriously, this looks like a lot of swag for the money. Someone buy it before one of the flippers gets it.

Here is some other information.

Vin:SALDV2288RA940242

I think I'm the 3rd owner. I bought it from a guy in LA 4 years ago. It spent most of the time in his garage also. Since then I've only put ~15K miles on it. It spends most of the time in the garage, which is why the rack isn't currently installed. The only real service, besides oil changes every 3K, was last year when I thought it was overheating and it turned out to be the guage. I'm selling it because I just don't drive it enough to justify keeping it. I bought it thinking I'd have time to take it off road and it hasn't worked out. I also just bought a new LR3 in addition to owning a 94 RR. This was a west coast rig, so there is no rust to speak of. I'll take more pictures of other requested areas on the website above later this week.

Mike

My son is a junior at the Naval Academy. I think the last 3 football games speak for themselves.

Go Navy!

I posted a picture of the bikini top on the other website also.

People always emphasize the football game...

At least your son will be able to cross-commission into the Army as a senior, so he still has that going for him!

Jeremy - USAA will take care of you - I know you're alread paid off your cow loan, and even financing 100% this is only a 400ish payment. Having a personal HMMWV that you dont have to fill out a driver's log for, PMCS, or stencil your name on the windshield of is just about the most convenient thing that an officer can do.

Consider this an OPD, I'm mentoring you.

What is the matter with the seat covers? I'm a surfer and I like them.

Not everyone understands or digs the whole Hawaii-hibuscus thing. Most people just think its froo-froo and decidedly un-masculine.

Disclaimer: Anything I may post is intended to paraphrase a supposition of reality based on poorly informed assumption and uneducated guessing, and does not represent the actual opinion of Jim Cheney.

I don't mind them on a ST D90 or Wrangler, I just don't like em on a car or hardtop. The Beaded seat covers on the other hand...just plain rediculous I think!

Mike,

It was supposed to be a joke on the Navy...the seat covers are actually pretty sharp, and I am sure that they would look great with the bikini top on, parked out on the beach, in the middle of summer.

As far as getting a loan for a 90, I am sure USAA would finance it, but I would have to be in the U.S. to drive one if I bought it. (I am one of the guys who just got extended in Iraq.) Also, Mike told me via email that he already has a potential buyer lined up who is willing to pay asking price after an inspection.

Congrats on the quick sale Mike! I knew a nice truck like that wouldn't last long.

We heck Jeremy - all you need to do is bring home one of trucks that the Fijians abandonded when they pulled out of theater. Sorry to hear you got extended, I thought you were just being a pansy. Take care of yourself over there.

I have a down payment from a seller and I'm taking it to Land Rover Portland on Monday for and inspection. I also have 2 other offers in the queue, if that buyer backs out. I will post a message Monday afternoon as to the status of the sale. I will have no computer access from Saturday afternoon until Sunday night. Heading to the Beach. Thanks for all your interest, this is a great web site.
