94 NAS D90 AA Yellow For Sale

94 D90 AA Yellow with 104,000 miles.
US$23,500.

Vehicle is currently located in Toronto, Canada, but Titled in the US. I'm in Canada for work, but the D90 is for sale in the US. Any Canadians who want to buy it would need to import it back into Canada, which is pretty easy since it's more than 15 years old.

I will drive it to Buffalo NY to meet a shipper, which would save about $1000 in shipping as int'l shipping is costly.

So, on to the specs:

104,000 miles (the pic of the odo is a bit old).
I bought it from Stu at Copley in 2005. It had 93K on it then and was a fastback with Disco steel spare tire rims.

ARB Brush Bar (also comes with original bumper)
Rear skid plate
Badger 2 Soft Top (sorry, sold the fastback top)
Rubber has less than 10K on it
New-ish marine stereo
Custom wood cupholder / center console box
offroad lights
Decorative and entirely useless windshield wipers

I haven't driven it more than 50 miles in the last year, so the caliper pistons are a bit stiff, but i just put brand new pads on all 4. A few miles of driving should loosen the pistons back up.

It has the usual door hinge rust (visible in pics), and it's a 19 year old vehicle, so it isn't perfect, but it's solid and runs beautifully. Shifting to second can grind if you shift at too high a rev, but it's been like that since my test drive in 2005, so just remember it's not a dragster. Paint is good (a touch faded on the hood). The clock spins around, but refuses to keep anything approaching real time.

Lots of Pictures: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/s1rgvu32y1b98cq/5BsJAef7GU

I am happy to take more pictures, make videos, and even host facetime / skype video calls live for people who want to see more but don't want to travel to Canada.

Oh, and don't be nervous about my new member status. I actually joined this forum in 2005/2006 when I bought it, but I can't for the life of me remember my old pwd. pretty sure I sold my fastback top on here.

Between fires, rust, ECR, asian women drivers, Himalaya, and possibly ICON, current NAS owners should be happy. Not to mention the end of ROW production. Thanks for constricting supply!

Thanks, everyone. If you want a 2008 M5 with 45K miles on it, give me a shout, but that's a different listing for a different board.

Just to close this out, this vehicle has been sold / delivered. If anyone has a chance to sell to Mark at Himalaya, he's a great buyer. Fast payment and knows his stuff. Great to work with.

Thanks to everyone for their interest.

If I could hijack this SOLD ad real quick, a question about exporting a NAS D90 from the US into Canada. No mods to the engine or chassis. Any experts care to comment on issues with this, how it's done, etc? I know the age is fine, it's a NAS and Canada is in NA so thats ok, the driving light thing doesnt apply I dont think here, maybe the speedo has to change? I know there's all the paper work and taxes, and I have questions out to Doug and Asif FYI. Just like to hear the public thoughts here.

Hi there. I had actually legally imported this one without realizing it as the CBSA at the customs warehouse just stamped the forms and handed them to me without explanation. It was only once I sold it that I realized its state. That should give you a sense of the ease -- i did it without knowing.

As a deliberate act, it's also fairly easy because they are more than 15 years old, which puts them in a different class and process than a new car. The biggest hassle would be the taxes. Re-importing to the US was even easier (surprisingly).

For detailed questions, you can just call CBSA and RIV. Both are quite helpful on the phone, and they will walk you through everything:

Registrar of Imported Vehicles (RIV)
Telephone: 1-888-848-8240 (Canada and the U.S.) (English and French service)
Email: support@support.riv.ca

Transport Canada
Motor Vehicle Safety
Telephone: 1-800-333-0371 (toll-free), 1-613-998-8616 (Ottawa region)
Email: mvs-sa@tc.gc.ca

You can also check out the Admissibility List here: Section 2.0 - ----- General ----- Vehicles older than 15 years old Buses manufactured prior to Jan. 1, 1971 Trailers with a GVWR less than 4536 kg (10,000lbs) Trucks manufactured prior to Sept. 1, 2007 Trucks with a GVWR greater than 4536 kg (10,000l

Good luck.
