94 D90 with all the toys...needs tlc

1994 soft top/ hard top. D-90 Special price: $16,900!!

Great running truck that has had huge $$ spent on upgrades, but now needs a little sorting and paint/bodywork. I have too many projects right now, and it will take me a while to get to this one. So, I figured I might as well offer it to you guys.

According to the p.o.,drivetrain was done at LR Minneapolis only 2k miles ago. 4.6 engine, trans,t-box,ARB Lockers, driveshafts, suspension.

A list of mods/specs supplied by the p.o.:

Great Basin HD Axles
ARB Air Lockers f/r
Southdown axle skid plates f/r
Double Carbon Drivesshafts f/r
Rovetym: trailing arms, upper rear kingpin mount, front radius arms, hd steering arms, 3 inch springs, rear shock towers,
Disco 2 front shock towers
extended brake lines
HD aluminum fuel tank guard
Rover Accessories aux side mount fuel tank 9.5 gal
5 Nato rims
Bilstein Remote reservoir 7100 shocks f/r
rear spring isolators
Expedition Exchange rear spring capturing system
rock sliders
rear corner guards
ARB Front Bumper
Warn 8274-50 winch
HD air compressor
Mantec Snorkel
A/C
R-380 trans
Aux heater
Heated windscreen
Custom roof rack
fiberglass hard top
Tickford Soft top
bimini top
LED interior load bay lights
CB
wingtop protectors

The vehicle was originally white, and had a quickie respray in a Jaguar Green. Easy to go right back to white, as the jams, interior were not repainted. Paint is tired, has a big dent on driver's door. Floors have some rust. Runs awesome, this is the quickest D-90 I have driven. Still has the 3.9 plenum, but there is no doubt that it is a 4.6 when you step on it.

We can handle any work that a buyer would like. If the vehicle is sold, it goes right to the front of the line. Please call or email me if serious. 954-816-8885.
Pics coming.

D-90 from Minnesota?

Did this thing live in MN? I am in MN and looking for a D-90
How did I miss out on this thing being for sale locally? I stalk craigslist dang near everyday ;(

was is the estimated price to make it a daily driver- mechanically solid is more important to me then cosemtics...

Wanna trade a NADA 109 5 door towards the D-90?

The odo shows 101k, not sure if that is correct. It was owned for a long time in Mn. by a well known Land Rover Guy. It has been sitting quietly in my warehouse since purchase last summer, and the p.o. never advertised it. I am sure it would love to go back home. :]

I will get more pics and send them to those that emailed for them. Oh, and I forgot to mention the galvanized body cappings. Very cool.

Are you a member of the Minnesota Land Rovers Club?

www.mnlandrovers.org

Yes, this has lived in MN for a long time with Gustaf (who is also on D-90.com)

http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ad.php?t=24710

I think Gustaf had 35' or 36' tires on it, but probably kept them...this link says it will turn 36's easily.

Hi Dave-I know Eric and Peter over at Expedition autoworks in MN. I have been meaning to join the MN club-with 2 little kids I can barely keep a rover an old rover running...lol let alone go for a ride

I probably will join soon. I actually have an idea for a spring ride up at my land in Suring Wi-lots of cooltrails up there and I make maple syrup so it could be a syrup/rover weekend.....

Anyways-Looking ideally for a 110 defender but need to drive it before I buy so I know it will be a suitable daily driver....keep mein mind if you run across one close-Cheers!

Maybe I will see at the rover meeting one of these months

I'm guessing it runs great with all the drivetrain work? It seems all it needs is cosmetic work? Is that correct? And could you email me at Anthony.paden@gmail.com please? I have a few questions about the truck, shipping, and stuff. Thanks fir your time!
