89 RRC White SWB - non running

I bought this for a project trail truck and back up for my daily driver but needs more work than I can give it living in an apt complex. Its a 1989 Land Rover Range Rover Classic, short wheel base, white.
DOESN'T RUN
Replacement alternator, have a replacement starter (not installed), not sure what else it may need to get it to turn over. Body is actually pretty good shape for an '89. Rear lift gate in good shape, the tail gate hinges are shot. Some under-body rot typical of these truck going on in the typical places. Front seats are cracked up pretty bad, and the previous owner had ripped down the drivers side dash to replace the ignition along with a laundry list of quirks like these. If you are looking for a quick, cheap and easily truck to restore to a road princess, this is not the truck for you. If you want a truck that could be a great off-roading truck, back up daily driver once you get it running, or just a parts truck, shoot me an email. I have title in hand. I need to get it out of our apt complex and hopefully get what I'm into it for. $650.00 takes it.. bring a trailer.

If I cant sell it as it, I may start parting it out

If you decide to part it out, I would like the brake distribution hub thing, master cylinder and all the lines in the front.

Chris, I'm interested, but need to get a shipping quote before I commit. What else can you tell me about it? How are the rear door jams and floors? Is this an original TX truck?

Car history shows it was an east coast truck up until 2001 before coming to TX.
Odometer show 89K miles if I recall but the Autocheck history shows some kind of exemption after it came to TX. The last odometer reading was in 1997 at 28K.

I'll take pictures of the doors and sills. Floors at least in the front have decent amount of rust going.

If I start parting it out, I would need to rent another garage in my complex which would add $100 additional expense per month I'd rather not have unless it looks like I can part a lot more of it. I'd also need to look into shipping larger items in a cost effective manor. While I'm sure I could do better parting it, I'm not set up to properly to break a truck down right at the moment.

I can't believe our own moderator is hot linking photos to the forum instead of uploading them.
