This is a blatant copy and paste from when I purchased the vehicle on this forum a few months back.
I recently had to have my mother move in with me and a defender isn't fitting in the equation very well. I paid $28k plus a few thousand in parts and work at auto alchemy. I'm looking for $31k which is below breaking even.
110 NAS body
Rust free Wax-oiled chassis
200 TDI/LT77 145k mi
Allard Turbo Upgrade
Puma Hood (which allows for more room for larger turbo)
In Last 4 years:
Rebuilt Injection Pump
New Custom Lift Pump
New AC Condenser and twin fans
Newly installed AC Compressor and bracket (I had planned to install AC but didn't have time to get to it)
Rebuilt Steering box
Fully serviced engine with new head gasket
Espar Hydronic 4/5 autonomous heater with separate battery (with isolator)
Rear Disc brake conversion
Newest version LED Truck Lights.
New acoustic front mats (battery box and footwell)

Other pertinent Info:
Disco 1 transfer case (recently resealed) so runs at highway speeds ok/lower RPM – Cruises at 70mph. Goes faster but never drive it faster…
Transmission shifts well, no grinding gears.
Rear lights are not OME Land Rover. They are fabricated boxes with Suzuki Samurai rear lights. They work great and are cheap and easy to service.
A frame and Internal b bar and hardware in place for full 110 cage. I have a full SD cage which can be purchased separately.
Interior work (seats are old and lots of missing trim, missing carpeting).
Paint needs touch up in a few places. Rear pass doors show some bubbling.
Speedo stopped working about a month ago. Fuel sending unit on 20gal tank inop.
Fuel injector return lines require tightening every now and again.
Some oil leakage at the turbo downpipe.
Important Vehicle History:
Build up from 3 donor vehicles: 1. 1983 ROW RHD 110, 2. 1979 Series D, 3. NAS 110 Salvage. NAS 110 body parts/chassis sourced from D-90.com member. Legally registered in Alabama (previously Colorado). Serviced by John Putnins at Automotive Alchemy in Boulder Colorado and some build work done by Dennis Williams at LinDen Engineering in Golden Colorado. I would encourage potential buyers to discuss with either mechanic for testimony.
It has seen no heavy off-roading since rebuild. Dual tank system (in current set-up) actually does not allow for rock crawling at this point. One tank would have to be modified or moved for rock crawling.
Dual tank system is set up as follows: 10 gallon Diesel Tank associated with native fuel filter, etc. 20gallon and separate fuel filter. Supply and return switches on dashboard.
