2005 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe

Decided I'm ready for a 911 turbo to compliment the D90 so i'm selling my 2005 Seal Grey Metallic 911 Carrera Coupe. It has 40,474 miles currently and less than 1k miles ago had its serpentine belt, coil packs, and spark plugs replaced. I also have all service records in a binder going back to 2012. Includes both keys and it has a clean title and carfax.

In addition to the standard factory options (heated front seats, Bose stereo package, sport chrono package plus, self dimming mirrors, bi xenon headlamps), I have also done several tasteful upgrades. These include adding:
- Clear bra
- OEM Turbo 19" rims
- Dectane LED rear tail lights
- clear side marker lights
- Fabspeed exhaust tips
- painted brake calipers
- GT3 Alcantara Steering Wheel
- GT3 Alcantara Shift Knob
- Bose integration kit for aftermarket radio
- Alpine App Radio 3 for bluetooth calls and audio (it is also hard wired for mirroring)

Since my ownership the car has always been serviced at AutoSport Systems Group in Fairfax, Va. If you google them or look on Rennlist, they are the highly recommended in the Porsche community and would be happy to discuss the car with a serious buyer.

I will take more pictures this weekend. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am asking $38,750.

Very, very nice! I'm glad to see 3 pedals! Even though it's not a turbo, the upgrades you've done (agreed, very tasteful) make it look like a total sleeper! Glwts

Thanks guys. As Cajun said, they are Dectane. I got them as part of a group buy but there are several online dealers as well.

Very nice 997 with ALL the right upgrades (I've done half of them so far). Should be a quick sale - let's see the TT pics when you get it.

05' was the crossover year on the engines. What is on the intermediate shaft - the single or double row bearing?

According to the vin it is single, but I was told by the mechanics that for 2005 models you don't know for sure until you drop the tranny.

According to service records and the service advisor I spoke to at Sewickley Porsche with the prior owner serviced the vehicle, the RMS and IMS seals were both replaced under warranty in Sept 2012. Because it was done under warranty, he said and my current techs at Autosport Systems Group agreed that had their been an indication of an issue with the bearing when they did the seals, it would have been replaced then. They advised that when I need a new clutch, to revisit the issue then, likely at 60k miles. For any serious buyer I will happily provide the records and also a contact at the shop that knows the vehicle well. I'm anal about maintenance and preventive maintenance so anything that has needed or should be done was done.
