The 2004 had CDL correct? How tall is it with the lift? (Its been awhile since I've dealt with a lifted disco)

34 inch tires and stock driveshafts? Yikes. Hopefully you just omitted that mod!

TSL 34x10.50s are more like just shy of a 33". I put the 3" lift on it less than 10,000 miles ago and ash crofts/arb's/4.10s were in the plans just never got to doing it. It has really only seen the trail for any extent twice since the 3" lift was put on it in the summer of 2009.

So if you mean drive shafts as in axle shafts, yes it is still on the stock axles and stock R&P. However, I have seen a lot of people running 33s on stock axles offroad around here that have never broken a half shaft or blown a diff. I have never been one to give it hell on the trail which is probably why I haven't seen any problems on the stock axles BUT it hasn't been in MOAB either. My plan was to ride this baby until I blew a diff or broke and axle and do the whole shebang then. I have a set of HD front cv's and half shafts that have been in the garage for over a year.

If you mean driveshafts, I replaced the stock driveshaft about 8000 miles after I put on a 2" lift in June of 2007 at 48,000 miles with a Tom Woods front drive shaft. The rotoflex in the rear has held up well and I have a 4 bolt flange that will go with the truck so the rear shaft can be replaced with a DI shaft when need be.

Really I just haven't had time to wheel it and need something I could drive more on a daily basis so I just didn't invest in a r&p locker set up, but if you gave this thing 4.75s HD Axles, ARB air lockers, 35's and trim the flares it'd be a mean truck.

Id have to take some measurements, but its a considerable amount higher than a 2" lift. I have the measurements of what the truck was with 2" RTE springs and 285/60/18s so I could compare it to that

Here is a picture of it sitting next to a friends with 2" RTE lift

Also, I am the second owner. I bought the truck in December of 2004 with 8,000 miles on it. The truck was originally purchased in June of 2004. I have done all of the work myself and it has well cared for.

Thanks for the info. I will measure the garage height tonight. I have a Ford King Ranch for the horse trailer and it fits (but its a tight fit). On my 01, there was a coolant leak that was really common (throttle body maybe)? I had to replace twice the gasket and another part I can't remember now - there was a kit you could but to repair. Any leaks there?
It's a good looking rig - reminds me of my old 01 D2. I've been looking for a trail truck for awhile now.

The dealer replaced the throttle body kit under warranty as it was leaking there. It doesn't have any coolant leaks. I will measure the heighth of the truck when I get home from work. It doesn't fit in the garage now, it'd be close if I were to take the roof rack off (I wired the lights so it's a quick disconnect) but the other cars take priority over this.

I haven't logged into DWeb in years (probably since 2009) but just went over there to take a looksie. That's sweet you're selling for a ring (If I wasn't scared shitless of spousal support, I might get married too) . What's the word on the following: warn 9k with viking line, the power tank, and alpine stereo? I just googled Gallatin, TN but I am not seeing an airport other than the FBO (which I could fly into but have no way of getting the truck back). I sent you a PM. Thanks!

Winch and winch line are going with the truck. Powertank and stereo staying with me. I use the powertank at our farm quite a bit and I have the stock navigation unit that I'll I'm going to put back in the truck. Sorry should have made this more clear!

Edit: on my iPhone it won't let me open up PMs. I'll get back to you when I get home from work

Lee – I can't find your email and D90 does not provide it. If you can send me an email (hopefully you still have my addy) I will give you the dates I will be in town. It looks like I am flying into Augusta FBO and have tie downs reserved so maybe there is a chance you can meet me at the airport with the truck? Thanks.
