2 x Land Rover 90 Diesel LHD

Loaded a container with three Land Rovers again. It now is on its way to Michigan.

Two of them are Land Rover 90 Diesel, both LHD. I only have pictures from one of them, for the other one something went wrong between the car, my Iphone and the computer.

This listing is for a very original 1984 LR 90 diesel
- Frame all solid, no welding needed
- bulkhead good
- one foot well needs attention (rust spots)
- tires are appr. 50% or maybe less
- driver seat is ripped. Can deliver a set of newer TD5 seats for $350,= extra
- no back seats, but I have two side facing benches, which I can deliver with it. (free )
- paint as you can see on pictures. To me the body looks all original but there is some color difference between the different body parts.
- Some minor aluminum corrosion.
- power steering\
- door frames have surface rust and would need attention to prevent further damage.

What I personally like about this car that it is all original. Maybe not everything is perfect but for sure nothing is spoiled by previous owners.

I don't know anything about the history, other then that it was sold in Belgium when it was new. I also forgot to look at the mileage before we closed the container doors. But if the mileage would have been low and original I am sure I would have remembered it though.

I expect the car to arrive in Michigan in April. I am selling it with a clear MI title.
Asking $ 13,000 .

Hello Johan, do you have any photos of the footwell rust? Also, does the other 90 have the tail gate or a door?

No sorry, these are all the pictures I have. Also difficult to make new ones as it is on transport.

The other one is a light blue Defender, with a rear door. It is County version, a little bit less basic then this one. Also it has a rust issue with the driver side foot well. Because for both cars the rust is not really bad I might fix it when I have them here.

Pictures of the blue 90 Diesel

- rear cross member replaced.
- one door has bad frame, I will repair this before the sale
- one foot well needs welding, I will do this before the sale
- other foot well has been repaired, looks like a good job but not perfect.
- easy starter, hardly any smoke.
- 140 K miles
- has a raised roof in the back/middle from about 1 1/2 inch
- no power steering.
- tires plenty of thread, BF Goodrich MUD terrain.

Due to the tires and rock sliders it looks like is has seen a lot of off road. Looking closer though I don't think so, body is all straight, no dents, hardly any corrosion on the aluminum, no damage on frame, etc, etc.

asking $ 14,500 but open to offers I you do the welding jobs your self.

Just the dash assembly is worth a chunk of the asking price. Good deal!

BUMP

Looking to the amount of 'bumps' for the 90's up for sale here, it seems no 90 are sold on this site.

I am going to try again though. Just got in four Defender 110's and have another four 110's on the way.. need to make room !!!

I am sure you can find better 90's but not for this price and for sure not LHD. Both are good and solid cars, don't need anything serious and are ready to drive home.

MAKE ME AN OFFER !!!

Don't give up. There are plenty of 90's sold here. Sometimes they go like hot-cakes, other times the pace is slower. I bought mine here and would love to have another, but have some other priorities at the moment.

You'll get a bite sooner or later I'm guessing.

Yes, I have a RHD too. It is still in Europe though.

I was thinking it would be difficult to sell so haven't brought it over yet. Also because I have quite a few LHD, why would anybody buy a RHD ???

Ok, I am wrong.

It is white, RHD, 90 diesel, 1985, 2.5 NA, condition average to good. Body ok, doors ok, bulkhead small rust spt $ 6,000 ex my place in the Netherlands.

I would take a RHD over LHD 7 days of the week and twice on Sunday. Definitely are fans in the US.
