1997 Land Rover Discovery Trail Truck for sale

I am sadly selling my mountain goat a 1997 Land Rover Discovery. I am offering D-90 members a special deal if you mention you saw the ad on the D-90 forum I will include an ARB onboard air compressor (with air hose), IPF 900DDCS driving lights, Cobra 18 WXST CB, set of spare rear axle shafts, One spare rear link, a NEW spare serpentine belt and a factory shop manual, for the price of $2895.00. I am the original owner and have enjoyed this truck as it has never failed me and has been awesome off road vehicle. It has a strong engine with 182K miles, warm heat, super cold AC, and lots of newer parts (Optima Red top battery, brake pads and rotors (front and rear), water pump, steering box, steering pump, expansion tank, charcoal canister, washer pumps, new rear U-joints). The Rover has full body protection from the ARB bull bar up front modified by Rockware, front diff guard by Safari Gard and track rod protector by SG, Front skid plate made in Britian and rear skid plate as well as the pinion guard, sliders and custom rear bumper all made by Rockware. The Rover features Rancho 9000 shocks, Old Man Emu heavy duty coils (751's & 762's) and spacers that give it over a 2" lift, Rockware rear drop kit and steering relocation kit w/OME damper and 245/75R16 LTX AT Michelin tires with lots of life left in them. Factory 6 disc CD changer (with 2 CD cartridges) load space cover and mat as also included. It has a Saudi Grill. The bad is it leaks oil it is dented and has rock rash, dash lights are on, the drivers seat is rough and the drivers window needs a new regulator. This truck is currently being used as a daily driver traveling from Colorado Springs to Denver (300 miles a week) and has been a great off road rig going on most of the trails in Colorado and Moab. My asking price will include all the extra's listed above, that's over $4500 in accessories and custom parts. Asking price is $2895 if you want to offer me something else I'm open. email me at rover guy 2 at yah00 dot c0m or PM me. Yes it would, I have been driving it over 300 to 400 mile per week for months and over 700 a week for months before that. I would replace fluids and drive it anywhere in the US.
And Yes it is a good deal because I won't be wheeling for years with two small kids now and want it to go to a Rover person.
Take it home!
