Please email me or call if you have questions.
1997 NAS Land Rover Defender with 212k miles. I believe the top end job was done at around 160K miles.
Former EE "milk truck". Many pictures of this truck are featured on Expedition Exchange's website. (www.expeditionexchange.com
I have owned it for about a year.
I purchase it about a year ago because I missed my green 97 D-90 SW so much, but it is got getting any use. The vehicle is currently located in Los Angeles at a car lot owned by a relative.
Some scratches and surface rust at bumpers, side sliders.
Cracking/peeling/bubbling at some places on the Safety Device rack and the Camel Trophy bar. (This will need blasting and re-powdercoating / or dipped and painted.)
Couple of small dents from the trails.
-A/C blows but not cold.
-Heater / Defroster works great and blows hot
-Land Rover Seat Cover installed on front seats.
-Rear jump seats deleted and installed Troy utility boxes. (1 jump seat is included in sale w/o seatbelt)
-PowerTank CO2 system in the driver-side Troy box.
-Factory Radio cassette unit not working. (powers up but not functioning.) Factory CD changer loads the CD when cartridge is inserted but with the radio not functioning, can't tell if it is functioning property.
-Michelin XCL tires (less than 500 miles new. Spare is used)
-ICOM Radio (Brain is installed in the passenger-side Troy box, control face-plate on the dash. The control for rear wiper / washer has been re-wired to the column stock control for the front.)
-Safety Device Roof Rack. I know of only 2 other cars with this set-up. (This is gutter mounted rack. It is NOT the factory optioned basket with dual latter in the back which is attached to 2 cross bars on the top.)
-Lockers (F: Truetrac / R: Detroit)
-Raised air intake
-Camel Trophy bumper and guard
-Interior rearview mirror with map lights (installed now)
- ......................... many more you can see from pics and can't see.
