1996 D1 5-Speed

Hey All
I want to post this up here, before posting on the other forums. I have a very clean 96 5 speed
167k miles, but not an issue. This has been my DD for a while now. No over heating issues, or check engine light. This year, she got a new OME suspension, Meridian Steering box, valve covers(took care of oil, coolant leaks)erg at same time. I just replaced the passenger front door window regulator and lock mech, so all doors open properly. There is one small leak left to fix, at back of T/C, but I can't physically work on that one. The PO had replaced most the plastic, and rubber bits that usually need replacing, so all the work already done now. It's a west coast car, and very well taken care of, and it shows. Interior is very good, with a small hole in the drivers side carpet, and 1 tear on the drivers upper seat. The rest is very, very clean. Sniggles, dent by gas filler, rear windows don't always work, drivers door lock does not alway pop up.Have the roof rack bars, jack, 2 key fobs, owners manual all here. She sits as stock now, but have a lot of upgrade parts as well if this is what you want. Custom roof rack(SD style) Single Cardon front, rear u joint drive shafts, winch mount, ladder, steering guard, light bar w/ Lights. I know there is more in the garage to dig out, and will come with.a few locals have seen and driven her, and may chime in, as to the condition, and drivability. $4.5k takes all. Having trouble with pics, will post soon, or email for a bunch
Thanks,
Greg

Originally titled in Colorado, so no SAI, very quiet running. FYI if it matters.

The rear windows is a 15 minute free fix. Just take out the window lift ECU and resolder the one joint that goes bad. There is an article on discoweb in the tech section. I loved my 96 D1 5 speed. https://discoweb.org/window/index.htm

That sounds doable, thank you for the link. I have spent all my efforts getting rid of the leaks, and mechanical needs to be a good daily. Will attempt ecu this weekend.

Someone buy this before I come back to the US and 'need' a companion for Coyote. Very good looking truck and you may want to cross post over on ExpO if you haven't already-esp since it's white and that's the mandatory color for overloading vehicles (even if it isn't a 100 series LC).

Thank you for the kind words, appreciate it. I Wanted to keep in the family so to speak first. Missing the ease of working on the 110, so selling her to buy another, or a series now. Will post on expo in a day or two is no one bites.

I was just commenting the other day about how you don't see these often. If I were to own a Disco at any point, it would be this. 5spd is great!
