1995 Range Rover Classic For Sale

I purchased this truck to become my next project, but found a one owner 1989 that appeals to me more.

When the 1989 arrives, I am going to place the black steel wheels and new BFG A/T Commercial tires from the 89 ... on this truck and move the ARB rear bumper to the 89.

Here is a copy of the work performed on this truck over the last two years, including new head gaskets.

July 09 NEW A/C compressor- BLOWS EXTREMELY COLD!
Feb/09- New Oil Pan Gasket
Spark Plugs
Distributor Cap/rotor/Ignition Wire Set
Oct/08 Air Suspension Replacement Kit with Lift
Aug/08 New Alternator
Jan/08 New Thermostat and Gasket/System Bleed and Pressure test
Nov/07 NEW Catalytic Convertors and Muffler (big bucks!)
Feb/08 NEW Starter
Feb/08 Timing Cover Gasket/Oil Pan Gasket
Jan/07 NEW Water Pump/Drive Belt/Fan Clutch/Fan Blade
Oct/07 NEW Power Steering Pump/ Exhaust Gaskets/Used Transmission Installed
Jul/07 New Serpentine Belt/New Ignition Cowl
Sept/09 Dump Truck backed into front of truck
New Hood, Grill, Front Right Fender/All Emblems
Jul/07 New Interstate 75 month warranty Battery
Jul/06 New Fuel Lines
May/06 NEW Head Gaskets and Rebuilt Cyl. Heads/New Intake Manifold Gaskets
Feb/06 New Steering Shaft Joints and Steering Damper
Jan/06 New front Windshield
Jan/06 Replaced Left and Right Front Tie Rod Ends
Feb/05 ALL NEW Rotors/Calipers

That is the good
The bad: Head liner dropping. Rear tail gate rust. Wood in need of lovin', Needs a detailing. No remote, but 2 keys. Open title.

$4950.00 for it, less the rear bumper, front Hellas, and swapping the wheels and tires for the ones on the 89 coming. THIS TRUCK WILL NOT COME WITH THE NAS110 WHEELS/REAR ARB BUMPER/TWO HELLA 2000's/ or REAR LIGHT GUARDS. DON'T ASK.

Title is open.

That is the local dealership where I had the truck delivered when it shipped here.
Within a day of it being shipped, I found (for me) a better truck (I like the old school thing). This is a super truck and the engine runs like a scalded dog. Sat for a month ... and cranked right up.
Scott ... you need this truck!

Mileage is a little over 150K (can't give exact as the truck is 25 minutes from me), but as you can see ... the major 100K plus failures have been addressed on this truck.
The title is an open title from South Carolina.

Thanks

Too bad you didn't want a 1961 International all wheel drive big ass truck in partial trade. LOL.

I have a semi serious local buyer... if it goes through is there any reason I couldn't buy this, drive it to the festivities in VA and then home to Maine? Sounds like it would do fine?

Pre ABS. No Wood Grain. Exposed Hinges. I just like the style!
No problems with the 95, just a matter of taste ... mostly.
Thanks

Thanks Dendy. I'll keep you posted, I just need to get back into another Rover asap - starting to get the shakes and my wallet is too heavy from not being sucked dry. LOL.

Hope the dump truck is OK. Too bad it has the fabulous EAS replaced with buggy springs. Total deal killer.

I am guessing you are referring to the repair on the front bumper caused by a dump truck backing into the Great Divide bumper (picture shows repair ... not perfect ... but about as good a repair as can be performed). The hood was replaced and the passenger door repainted as the dump truck rode up the bumper and into the hood which jammed the passenger door. I didn't mention it as it was not a moving violation, and it was primarily cosmetic ... thanks to the bumper!

Anyway, a huge amount of interest in the truck, but no one has SHOW'D ME DA MONEY!

This will make someone a killer truck!

Thanks
Dendy

Price Adjustment

As low as I go: $4600.00 and need it moved this week!

Nashvillerover@comcast.net or 615-498-6564

There was an issue that turned out to be nothing more than a T-case linkage adjustment. No known issues other than the regular cosmetic love these trucks of this age need.

Thanks
Dendy

OK, so this truck had a tranny installed about 2 years ago, yet what we thought was a bad linkage has turned out to be a bad reverse gear.
I don't want to deal with the problem as I have my hands full trying to complete my new truck.
So, I am selling this truck and disclosing that it needs a tranny (Marty has a good tranny for the truck).

I have lowered the price to $3500.00 as is. (IT WILL NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING: rear bumper, front Hellas, Rear Lamp Guards, and swapping the wheels and tires for the a set of black Dunlop (series style) black steel wheels with NEW BFGoodrich T/A Commercial tires.)

Please call me and buy this truck! It is a bargain at that price with all the work that has been completed on it.
