1995 Range Rover Classic

Picked this up locally, was going to fix it up and resell but before i dive into it I figured I'd see if anyone here is looking for a project instead.

1995 RRC w/ ~156k on the clock
  • Engine is fine, runs great, tranny, 4H, 4L etc works great. U joints, steering all good. Mechanically the truck is very sound.
  • Has a coil spring conversion - suspension is tight and no squeeks or rattles.
  • New ABS pump, New Alternator, New Dist cap. Wires look relatively new.
  • Tires have very good tread, but are all season tires
What needs work
  • There is a ~6" crack in the lower left of the windshield.
  • The drivers side front door had the check strap break and it bent backwards, creasing the door and the front qtr panel. The qtr panel could be repaired, I have a replacement front door but it will need to be prepped and sprayed and installed.
  • Air suspension light is on - obviously since there is no air suspension anymore
  • Moon roof doesn't operate, not sure if its a switch, fuse, motor or what, havent looked into it yet
  • Headliner is sagging, held up with some pins.
  • Front floor boards have some rust, still plenty solid.
  • Rear Right Qtr panel looks to have been replaced and painted with a rattle can. not horribly off in color, but I would get it resprayed correctly.
  • The brakes are firm, VERY firm, so firm in fact I think a piston in one of the calipers could be stuck as they are a little weak on the stopping power. Probably just needs to be pulled off, taken apart, clean up and put back together.
  • Interior is pretty good, some trim pieces are a little banged up, but the leather is in great condition for its age I'd say.
Will post pics tomorrow....$2500 for d-90. absolutely 100% firm on that price. If no one wants it I'll fix it up and be asking a good bit more than that on fleabay.

How locally did you find the RRC? My Bro-in-law was thinking of getting one - I think he wants one that doesn't need anything but will forward him the info.

Not sure if you mentioned but is it a SWB or LWB?
