1995 NAS Beluga Black ST

Hey all,

I'm selling this beautiful D90 which I bought from Harold (member here) last month.

http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...le-116817.html

It was a beautiful truck then and still is. I drove it back east played with it a little and now am putting it up for sale again. I've done some additional work on it (listed below) but wanted to let forum members that it's going up on eBay this Thursday. I'm doing a "no reserve" auction as I usually do. Will start the auction at $60k

I added an angle bar for the Tonneau Cover since it was missing when I bought it, and that keeps the cover nice and tight now.

I also added:
  • 3mm fender protection - matching powder coat
    TerraFirma wheel spacers
    New door cards
New front and rear lighting (not LED)
Replaced all belts (they were still original)
    Engine tuned

She is really a black beauty. I would love to keep her, but I do this for a hobby. (and it's such a fun one)

If anyone is interested in trying to talk me out of listing her and selling early, please feel free to get in touch. I'm always happy to talk Defenders with members, or anyone else for that matter.

Here are a few pics in addition to what you will see on the previous listing.

Are there any other tops included aside from the one in your photos?

Just the Tonneau cover. But I do know of a hard top that may be available separately.

UPDATE!!

I have located a full soft top which has never been used. It will be included in the sale.

So, to be clear, this vehicle will be sold with the Badger Coachworks Tonneau cover, and a full original never used ST.

I should have the ST in my possession tomorrow and will confirm once I've inspected the condition (to be sure it is what I've been told).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks.

You did. I noted in the initial description that it will (and is) listed in eBay starting at $60k

I will consider pulling the auction for a good offer from any forum members.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks

Good point. What I've told anyone who has asked me what it would take to remove from eBay is I'm asking $70k.

GLWTS on ebay.

Kinda bad form to list it here. Zero issue with you making money on it. Just seems lame to list it here. We all know what Harold wanted and what the "service" items cost. Not sure anyone here is suddenly going to bite on the added premium in a month's time.

I don't know if it's bad form or not. The reason I list it here is exactly because I'm a member and I have a good relationship with other members and the seller (Harold).

To me it would be bad form not to be transparent with members of th is forum.

Transparent? You listed it here telling us it's on ebay. Only after people asked did you actually give your price for the board.

I have no issue with the flipping of a truck. Just seems pointless to list it here.

Just a bump since today the auction ends.

No Reserve.

Thanks for all the inquiries. Should be an interesting day.
