Old seat bottoms are shot/FUBAR. The sliding pieces I sold a while back (and now regretting it).

Old eyebrows I am going to keep for the 110. They are already cut for 35's. But will hit you up if my mind/build plans change.

Front end is done!

Stock springs back in. OME shocks cleaned and new bolts used. I replaced the bushings last year in them. Sand blasted and Painted the shock turrets. New Disco 2 turret rings (they are rubberized) with stainless nuts.

Stock tie rod was sleeved, TIG welded, sanded, painted and new tie rod ends installed.

Stock panhard had a slight bend so bought a good used one and just swapped the bushings.

Bump stops were removed, cleaned and stainless hardware installed.

It's going in for an alignment next week.

Interior is about 90% complete.

Fabricated some seatbelt brackets for the rear fold ups. My stock seats were a little snotty and I had sold the sliders a while back so ordered new bottoms and sliders from Scott @ SafariHP. The Exmoor shit is nice! Bottoms are very close to the rear seats. I didn't want to spend a couple grand on new seats but they feel great and if the buyer gets the tops recovered they will be close to perfect.

Thinking of sending it over to the detail place next week to get the interior and exterior looking buff.

Just got it back from the local foreign car shop. Alignment and had them change the fluid in the R380 with fresh Redline MTL.

Swapped a stock flat bumper for the RockWare and sourcing a stock brush guard and will mount the Hellas back on. I didn't want to deal with pulling the wiring and the Hellas look good on this truck.

The new Exmoor bottoms feel great and I think with the mesh centers they will be comfy in the summer.

Just did an errand with my youngest in the back - the fold up seat work well and seem a bunch safer than the inward facing ones. Plus it was easy for him to hop in from the back with one side down.

I took some pics if anyone is interested. I would post them but the truck is pretty dirty.

Hey Clay-

Rebuild is coming along well and it is 90% sold to a friend of mine. I will list what i have done recently just in case things fall thru:

- re-fabricated the sliders so they fit perfectly centered between the frame rails. Getting semi-gloss black powder.
- got a stock brush guard to match the stock front bumper. Welded light tabs for the Hellas on it. Just sent to GSD powder for semi-gloss black.
- new Sears Platinum group 34 auto battery
- flares came in from Rovah Farm but not installed - gonna wait until after I get it detailed
- new bushings for rear sway bar (that was powder coated ) and that was installed Friday
- 2 new speakers in the back installed
- bought some Deep Dish wheels on eBay as my buddy wants black wheels. Told him I could do it as part of my asking price.
- got the VDO wired to the VSS bypassing the speedo cable setup. Not perfect but seems to jive with the GPS.

I drove the rig all day Friday and it goes great. 70 down the parkway and the new seats bottoms are very comfortable.

I will take some pics when it's all done. Cant wait to start in on the blue one!

Smart move Don. Selling to a good friend means more to go off road with. Nice.

If things should fall thru let me know. There's a guy in my neighborhood that wanted to know if I knew of a white st for sale. I told him I'd check with you.
