1995 D90 soft top with Conqueror Compact Trailer

As seen at the Expedition Trophy 2008.....
I am considering the sale of these two incredible overlanding icons so that I can entertain the purchase of a new and equally interesting overlanding setup.

The details....
1995 Land Rover Defender 90 soft top - Coniston Green
87,xxx miles
Factory Options:
Safety Devices Roof Rack, Kennel flooring added
Stock Bumper with Brush Bar
5 x LR alloy wheels
Rear Tire Rack
Waterproof Seat Covers
Rear Bench Seat
Famous Bottle Jack

Upgrades:
5 x Toyo M/T 285/75 R16 (75% tread, new spare)
Safari Gard HD Rock Sliders, new
Rovers North Soft top, great condition, 2 years old
OME Heavy Springs & shocks resulting in 1.5-2" lift, summer 08
Baja540c GPS w/Map Create 7 (no drill mounted to ash tray location)
'Troy Smith' 32" Locking Fender Storage box (better than Tuffy)Fall 08
Coretrax Cargo Tie down system (sweet) Summer 08
Badger Rear Bench Seat Cover (like new)
Besttop window bag (like new)

Condition:
Very good. Minor pinstripping and a few scratches here and there. Professionally maintained. I have used this vehicle as my overlanding platform and it has been treated accordinly.

2008 Conqueror Compact Offroad Trailer
*manufactured in 2002, first registered June 2008 as new
Permanent AZ tags for the new buyer
Full spec at:
http://www.conquerorcampers.com/compact.html
This thing came with service for 6, crockery, cooking tools, and most importantly, bar service with wine glasses, old fashions, and high balls...seriously.
Minor modifications include:
Upgraded rear suspension to improve strength
Optima Yellow Top Battery
Rubberized Flooring added to nose box and cargo box
2 x 10# Propane Cylinders
2 x 5 gal Jerry Cans
wood floor & tie down points added to fridge drawer
4 x LR Alloy Wheels to match D90 (used)
I have not got around to matching the trailer axle to the D90 yet. Trailer has a full size spare as well

Location: Phoenix, AZ near I-10 & Warner
Price: $45,500 obo for the entire package
not parting anything out
Terms: I have clear title on both items, nice and easy

wow, over 200 views and not a single comments?
I was at least expecting the obligatory "geez, your crazy thinking you can get that kind of cash in today's market" comment.

I initially thought it was nuts, but then I saw you included the famous bottle jack, so after that I felt it was reasonable.

Jeff,

It is a pretty sluggish market right now for Defender 90's for sale. I've had mine up for sale since August.

Don't expect a whole lot of communication on this board. Most buyers are looking not just here, but Vehix and Auto Trader on line as well.

Good Luck!

Dan

Nice setup.. What makes the bottle jack famous? Is it that particular instance, or just the bottle jack in general that's famous? I keep mine in the truck but honestly have never used it.

...Honestly, it's just a good stock bottle jack. For whatever reason, they are highly coveted out here. When I got my D90, everyone asked, "did you get the jack too"? I thought it was some kind of weird Rover joke. The jack works great...the stock tire iron was a POS though...

Hi Jeff

Nice ExPo setup, hadn't seen that trailer before & of course D90s speak for themselves.
