repairs needed
bearing for AC pully is noisy and needs replacing

If you read the last post the speedometer stopped working in Dec. of 2008. at 44,000 miles. I was able to get the speedo working but not the odometer. It was not a concern because I was "NEVER" selling it so it didn't matter to me. I replaced it Oct. 30th 2011 and now its just over 1200 miles. I drive approx 1000 miles a month or less. If I had to guess the milage I would say it has 72-80,000 miles on it.

If you have any questions please call me at (813)416-7201

Also the lights are not wired. I was going to buy different lights. I could leave them or remove them.

Good Luck with your sale. It's a tough market for built trucks.

BTW, I really like the creative idea behind that internal rack you have between the two alpine windows.

The guy I bought it from did that. It holds the small lite stuff like umbrellas hat and folding chairs
It keeps the kids feet off that stuff.

Bump for this good looking truck. I found your local CL ad and was going to post it up but found your original thread first.

BTW, any recommendations for good/local LR shops?

Thanks for the bump.
I do most of my own work. If a have any questions I call my mechanic friend. He has all the tools and helped me redo my motor last year. He also just did a head gasket job on another friends 04 disco. He does great work and is very affordable (cheap).
Thanks
Rico

Beautiful truck....want to trade for LR3?

Just FYI when John owned it we installed:

front arb locker with GBR HD axles and CVs

also braided stainless oil cooler and p/s lines

not sure if you've changed any of that..

Out of curiosity, you wouldn't happen to know if the previous owner of this truck had it at Camp Rover in TN around 1999 or 2000? (an event where Bill Burke, Tom Collins, and Ken Cameron were) It looks eerily familiar. If so, what a beautifully done truck, and a great guy who had it there!

Not the previous owner as he did not own it back then,
possibly the previous owner in his previous D-90 #111

John was at Camp Rover around that time with #111. Sadly that is the one that burned up and was a loss. After that incident he had e2services replace the oil lines as posted above and all the other work.
e2 does great work.
