1994 NAS D90 - Arles Blue - 72K - $30K

Well, got the ultimatum from my wife: Either the D90 or the M3 goes and I choose the D90. Just bought it a month ago but it has to go. Sad. You can find my thread here under my name that I started a month ago. It includes all pictures, background information, and what I have done with it since then.

The truck needs nothing whatsoever, just had a full service done by Pikes Peak Rovers, etc.. and could be driven across the country at any time with no issues what-so-ever.

Thread: http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ad.php?t=38324

Price is $30,000. I live in Colorado Springs, CO.

Tom

PS: I still have my 2006 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited which is more similar to the D90 than my M3 so the D90 has to go.

Nope. The Jeep is used by my wife and I for all sorts of other things. So, the Jeep is not going anywhere. I'd get rid of the M3 first but it's my daily driver and is at least waterproof.

Isn't there a 3rd option?

You'll regret it. Sold my ST last year and was looking for another 90 a month later.

I remember when I only had my truck a month. I was like why did I buy this piece of shit. I still feel that way but now I could never sell it. At least it will retain some value. Unless you have a perfect first generation m3, keep the defender for a bit. Much easier to get another m3 than a defender you actually like and is serviced correctly.

Guys:

While I appreciate the D90 moral support, the D90 has to go. I have a bunch of other hobbies besides this that involve motors. My wife is a very reasonable person. She just strongly suggested to me that having an M3, a D90, and a Jeep Rubicon, in addition to my everyday car was a bit much and could I pick one. Since my wife does and can drive the M3 (SMG) and the Rubicon (AT), and really likes to use both of those, it's gotta be the D90. Changing the wife is not an option either as I happen to really adore this one.

So, the D90 is going.

Toss it on ebay. Do buy now 30k. List all you did and it will sell for sure.

My wife asked me the other day why I need an 88, 90, 110, and LR3. I said you're right....I should get a 130 too. My strategy has been every time she asks about the quantity of Rovers I add another to the stable. Seems to keep the questions at bay for a year or so.

I still remember you saying this just 18 days ago. My how things change! Too bad it's not justifiable in your circumstances. Good luck.
