Damn Tom you've gone Rover nuts since buying the brown bomber! Love it!

I still cry about selling my M3. God I loved that car, don't sell it. I'd enjoy the working AC in the Rubicon and ability to get cheap parts at any auto parts store.

I know that is just in jest, but I actually like my wife more than my D90. I have > 25 years invested in that relationship and she's not unreasonable asking me to shed a car when I have so many and a bunch of motorbikes as well. And she's a CPA so she does prioritize $$ over other things. The thought of jettisoning the wife over a vehicle is not within reason for me.

It's cheaper to keep her... You are doing the right thing.

Still for sale

All:

Still for sale. A sick mom on the east coast and some other vacation plans have me away from Colorado until Monday 9/10. The D90 is still for sale and I have had a lot of nibbles but no real offers yet. I can speak via mobile phone while I am away to any potential buyers. Will be back in Colorado on Sunday 9/9 late and can then show the car at any point. PM me with your contact info and I will call or email you as requested.

Tom

left you a pm. does this d-90 have an R380 tranny (reverse to the right and down) or a LT77 (reverse to the left and up)?

Thanks,

Peter

After driving both transmissions, I would much rather have an R380, so much more car like at least between the ones i drove. I would certainly ask if a 94 had which transmission, i would almost pay extra for it.

Yes, but the R380s are pretty cheap - I wouldn't write off a truck simply for having an LT-77.
