I'm sure I have some other odds and ends laying around the shop as well.

This truck is 99.5% rust free aside from some rust on the third brake light bracket, which is why a replacement is included, and the rear crossmember has developed the lightest dusting of rust. I have not dealt with this only because I want the potential buyer to realize this is actually a non-existent rust issue and to see it first hand, rather than me relaying the story, and it seeming fishy "rust repair," some 80 grit, and some paint and it's a done deal. Since I have owned it I have tried to make a point of giving the hardware a good soaking of WD-40 every so often to prevent any rust from forming.

The truck has a couple of the usual D90 issues, like the cracking around the plastic side of the dash panel, and the interior door cards don't have full engagement on all the screws which hold them in place. One rear seatbelt needs to be repaced as well since it has word from flapping in the wind. It is my understanding this truck has been garaged it's entire life, and that has not changed since I took ownership of it.

This truck has been on the trail, and flopped, however, the NAS cage and frame is all solid and intact. Truck runs and drives fine, and is suprisingly leak free for a D90 of this vintage.

I got this truck with the intention of restoring it into a nice D90, but I've come to realize I really don't have the time to do it these days with my work, and everything else going on in my life right now.

Runs and drives great. I took it out last night and drove it around, and realize just how much I'm going to miss this Defender.

Truck is located at my house in Charlotte, NC

Asking Price $18K

Could you be more specific on the "FLOPPED" issue. Also more info on the body damage or frame damage. Also any pictures of the inside as well. does it have a/c?

Thanks

It has obviosly been on the passenger side, and took some damage to the driveside front. Frame appears to be straight. From what I gather, the previous owner wheeled it, probably modified it, then took it back to stock condition when he sold it. I bought it as it sits now. I'll try to get more pictures when I get home, those pics are all I had here on my work computer.

Truck does not have AC.

So the damage was off road related? Maybe at a slow speed, and damage is only skin deep?

As far as I can tell. The paint is suprisingly damn near perfect, so it would have had to have been soft, no on -road roll at speed would leave the skin damage like this one has. It was a wheeled truck for sure.

Interior looks fine other than some dust. I'll post pics today before I leave work.
