1994 d90 st #937 $13500

Well I just posted my ST on CL so I wanted to put it here too.....
here is the CL post.....

"1994 Land Rover Defender 90 ST $13500 OBO
187,000 miles 3.9L motor that runs good. The transmissions 2nd gear sync is on its way out but I have a spare that goes with the truck. Has A/C but is not working and needs a new belt and pulley bearing. Typical defender rust prone areas are rusty or have holes (bulkhead, door bottoms, and rear cross) small scrapes and dings on body pannels. This truck is not perfect and will need some work to be able to compete off-road, or be a show truck but would make someone a great place to start there build or just drive it like it is.
If you would like any further information please call or email
Paul 970-302-7222"

Like the CL add says if you want any more info, give a call or email

thanks
Paul

A ST NAS is likely to get restored and it's identity preserved ... their aren't many ST's in the UK ( other than crap NAS copies )

a Puma from the UK is likely to be rebuilt onto a different chassis it's original identity hidden and blah blah blah to get round the import restrictions on vehicles less that 25yrs old.

SO believe it or not............ this is back up for sale..... a fellow board member that I mistakenly trusted to purchase has now vanished without a trace.... so it's back up for sale….

Top of bulkhead is fine, the footwells need work, rear cross is rusty….

Would make a great summer whip

Let me know if you need more pictures or information… CO SALVAGE title from front crash….

Sorry to hear about that Paul. Had the same thing happen with a Series II I'm selling. I'll put the word out about your D90 with some local folks who don't subscribe here.

Yeah I've only seen that two other times, but it's generally spot on. AutoCheck shows the VIN in Boulder, CO for 937, so I'd assume it is the right one.

Crazy. After the salvage was issued in April 2010 in Utah it shows that it was likely purchased by another party in Utah (registration with salvage title) with a lien reported...I wonder which company financed a salvaged truck. Would be good to know for those looking to finance Defenders that don't have title issues.

Thanks Josh, I just don't trust that site to be right when it comes to buying a truck sight unseen. I wanted to pull a carfax and just see what it shows. Thanks for the Autocheck info also.
