1994 D90-$14,900

Ok guys, you will recognize this truck from an ad posted a few weeks ago by Jeffrey. He and I are friends but I am legally the owner of this vehicle as he was paying it off over time. He has gone back into the resturaunt business and as such needs his money out of the defender. It is easiest for me to buy him out and sell it outright for both of us. Having said that, I've cut and pasted his ad however, the price has been discounted dramatically.

I will post all the pictures I have this evening and have listed it here first but will be plastering it over the internet later tonight. Please no low ball offers, or trades, and I'm not parting it out with this one exception= The defender minus front bumper and winch $14,500. If you are interested in this vehicle please have your financing in order prior to making contact, thanks!

1994 Land Rover Defender 90 ST
97000 miles
#407
Portofino Red

I posted this truck for sale in October, I have since replaced the clutch slave cylinder, she shifts like a dream now. Truck runs fantastic. Handling is great even with lift etc. Tracks perfectly straight. I hate to sell her, but I am trying to open a restaurant ( same reason I sold my last one) and really need the money
Last time I posted this truck I said it needed a new radiator. I have since had the radiator looked at and was told it was in good shape. None of the fins are rotted. No Carbon Monoxide in tank. Needs to be pressure tested and most likely rodded. I think the problem may just be a sticky thermostat. I have a new one that I will put in within the next few weeks. This is a great trail rig at a great price.

The parts alone are probably worth that asking price, if I had the spare money I'd absolutely buy it for the trails..

Are there any accidents listed? The reason I ask is that the paint appears not to match--at least on the doors. Do you have any underside pictures? You can sent them to evilfij at yahoo dot com

Does it still have the LT77?

Was the overheat issue discussed in Jeffery's ad fixed?

I bought a pair of California rust free doors and had them painted Portofino Red. The original doors had some rot in them and I found a good deal on this set.

It has an R380 and the overheating issue does not seem to be an issue any more. He bought a new thermostat but it starting running at normal operating temps once he starting driving it regularly again. Thermostat included in sale.

That is a sonic deal! Good luck with the sale. That truck looks like it has CVC's name all over it.

Nice truck!

I am very interested in this truck. I am expecting a bonus from work with in the next month. If you still have it I will buy it from you. I would be willing to put money down to hold it. Would the truck need any maintinance before a long drive? Where are you located?

Chris the vehicle is now in my garage in Augusta, GA.

Commando87- I would love to hold it for you but have several people who are pursuing it and seem serious. Contact me if your situation changes and allows you to make a purchase and we can obviously talk if I still have the defender at that point.

Thanks!
