"completely restored"...

Maybe my definition of restored differs. But I don't see any sign of complete restoration...

This Land Rover has a brand new Land Rover aluminum tub! The interior is perfect.
After buying it from this seller we spent $3263 on finishing the restoration. Maybe ask a couple of questions before you start criticizing in a public forum.
Brutal!

Ah, I see. a new aluminum tub constitutes a "complete restoration".

Nice.

Perhaps you should read the original ad at the begininning of this thread. This vehicle went through a complete restoration by a professional restoration company in the midwest. We were not satisfied & took it $3263 further. Obviously the tub was only a part of the restoration.

You're joking. Perhaps you should qualify what complete restoration means. Because the initial post makes barely any mention of it. For instance, what engine work was done to make this complete? Was the original transfer case used with the ZF, etc.

Their is zero mention of this and other bits. Or is it all as superficial as your ebay ad?

This Defender is awesome. If you are a serious buyer you can speak directly with the restoration company & they will list every nut, bolt, wire, body panel, mechanical & trim part that was replaced & it's specs.

I think there is a difference between restoration and upgrading.

Restoration refers to bringing back to is original condition, which it is not.

It has been upgraded with a new auto box, Badger top and Fabric on the consol.

The problem is (I think) is that when you write flowery descriptions, most of us have our B.S. detectors on full blast. When you post it here you should know your audience. I see you have posted 7 times so...... maybe have been lurking as much as you have been posting, I don't know.

Post this add. on Pirate4x4 and see how nice that mob can be.

Good Luck, I hope nothing but the best on your sale.

MH

Well I do have to say that is a clean truck based on the pics. Auto is nice if that is what you desire.

Whether it is work 10k more than mine which is no where near as clean is up to the buyer.
