1994 d-90 ST for sale

I listed my D-90 on ebay feel free to check it out and bid often I hope the link works if not it is the one listed in Pittsburgh PA.
Selling my 1994 d-90 I am the original owner I bought this new and used it as a daily driver for 5/7 years and then I bought another car and only used this in the summer or in emergency. it has 125.000 miles on it now but i still drive it occasionally so that might change a bit. In the last 6mos. I have replaced:
-clutch assembly, springs, shocks and steering stablizer (old man emu 2" lift) full bushing kit with poly bushings, rear cross member, new tires (4), snorkle, rear rubber bedliner, and winch cable with synthetic rope. the seats are in great shape I also have a bench seat for the rear (no seat belts) I have 3 tops for it surry top, bimini top, and full top but it's a 6/10 and drop curtian thats great for winter time. I also have a set of full doors with roll up windows that I never used(same color), new 3rd light bar (not installed yet, I like the look without it), pass. side step(the 1 one there is a little rusted but still sturdy), and various other items. the battery box and floor boards were replaced with diamond plate aluminum because they were starting to rust(this area is pron to rusting so before it got outta hand I abated the issue) I'm only selling because I want a new big boy toy, It has current PA inspection and exepmt emmissions stcker (I drive it less than the required mileage).
On Sep-06-13 at 14:14:17 PDT, seller added the following information:
The correct milage is 128,000 I apologize as I havnt driven the d-90 much this year I thought it was 125,000. The d-90 has an ARB front push bar and warn 8000lb winch. Land Rover heavy duty rubber floor mats, Also the d-90 has a tuffy center consol box with an Alpine cd/usb player and 10" bazooka tube that make it all sound really nice. . I also have the original manual that came with the d-90 and the window sticker that was on it at time of purchase when I bought it new in '95. It has the stainless kit and fast remove bolts for the removal of the door windows. I'm also including another set of soft top door bottoms (the bottom rail is rusted out but that can be replaced) and door cards (6/10) and like I said earlier other various items. I'll update as I remember things.

just the rear crossmember is galv. the winner on ebay doesn't have the cash and can't get financing so I'm going to re-list unless there are any takers on here for 25,000? as that was the reserve and the highest bid was 25,100.

This happens literally all.the.time.on.ebay. Such a waste of time. It still surprises me that bidders bid $25k+ for vehicles they don't have the cash for, and don't even call the bank before bidding to see if they can even secure anywhere near their bid amount. It's a complete waste of time for everyone involved. If I ever sold a vehicle on eBay I'd put in there that anyone who bids must contact me before (or directly after bidding) to prove that they have the funds available, or their bid(s) will be withdrawn. As well as a deposit after the auction end with both refundable and/or non-refundable components.

I was following your sale. I am really sorry to hear that your auction fell through. I am in the market to buy, but I am in California. It is unlikely that I would be able to make something work from this distance.

It is a beautiful car. I am sure you will be able to sell it.

You will either settle for a Defender you dont love or never get one if you are trying to get one locally. Get a forum member to check out the Defender, get a ton of pics, and fly out to see if the pics give you a good vibe. If youre dropping Defender money, you should have enough to budget this. Then drive home or have it shipped. A lot of folks here have done it.

Good advice. I just got started in the process. My wife is on board. I have the cash. Now I am getting educated. I can use the hobby. If there is another formum you recommend for knowing how much to pay, let me know.

He is what I have gleamed in my short period of research. There is no really good number, in terms of price. This is an imperfect market with a lot of buyers, and not much in terms of supply. This is a labor of love, and basically you can't be in this for the money.

To get started--- you think 30-40 k. Plus money to improve?
