Anyone involved in a LR tear down and rebuild knows that it takes far more time to do it than you actually think hope or want.
I've taken three years so far and hoping not to reach four.
When its finished hope the new owner will allow someone to post pictures of it.

The new, new owner is working diligently and has the new frame as a rolling chassis with the rear body and roof fitting, has purchased and contracted for an original rust free NAS 110 bulkhead and dash assembly to be stripped and galvanized and reassembled by a well known rover shop which should be completed next month.

At least someone is willing to give some updates. Any pics?

So was the galvanized frame and bulkhead that came with it messed up somehow?

And by "new, new owner" do you mean that the person who purchased it from this thread no longer owns it and sold it off to someone else? It will be great to see some progress on this project!
