1992 RRC for Sale - $3,000/obo

A reliable, but not so pretty Range Rover County that will go anywhere (but currently housed in Arlington, VA).

This 1992 Range Rover County has 223,000+ miles, a recent inspection, all new brakes and new larger size tires, new rear control arm among other work that I would have to dig out the receipts to itemize. It is a reliable daily driver that has never let me down and drives well.

I think there may be recent radiator leak that I'm currently trying to track down. Other than that, the major systems work well, but there are a lot of annoying little issues:

No AC
right rear window doesn't go down
radio recently not working
heated seats don't work
passenger seat auto adjustment not working
left rear door doesn't open from inside
tailgate window has a broken arm
One rear seat belt broken
Paint job is fading
There are rust spots in usual places (tailgate and door wells) but nothing structural.

A great truck for someone who wants to tinker with the annoying issues themselves or a good truck for someone who wants to pay someone else to tinker. Handles excellent in snow and off road.

Looking for $3,000 or best offer, cash only.

Let's see the rust, esp under the drivers floor matt and rear load space. Finally a classic within proximity to nc

More pics. door well rust is only on driver side. Tailgate rust is typical, not severe. Overall the paint job is faded. Rear bumper is dinged, but tailgate goes up and down fine. Sun roof works!

I don't want to rain on your parade....but.... I will

Your pics show significant rust at the bottom of the A pillar, the sills, the rear seatbelt anchor point/wheel arch, rear tailgate.
I would be surprised if the cargo floor and front flooring doesn't have huge holes already.Look behind the front wheelwells where the mudflap supports are welded to the floor.

I'm afraid this is a rustbucket...

And with 223K on the 3.9??

I'll make a way generous offer, $600 cash if you deliver it.
I would turn this around in one day. Stripped and straight to the crusher.

The rust is only on the driver's side. I checked behind the mudflaps in the wheel wells, and while there is rust, there doesn't appear to be significant deterioration connected to the frame. BUT, I recognize buyers may see things that I don't. So I would want any buyer to look at the truck and make their own assessment.

I am definitely going to sell the truck and will negotiate down to any price that makes sense to the right buyer. I've had the truck 2 years, put some work into it and go a lot of fun out of it.
