1991 200tdi offered from Italy

1991 200 tdi D90 (first of the real defenders and genuine 200tdi) for export from Italy. This was built on March 26th 1991 (verifiable by dating letter from the UK Heritage Centre). Rover can be shipped directly to buyer from Rome and clearance services will be provided in Baltimore, MD including final transport to customers door if needed. All documents to obtain US title will be provided. This can be shipped in February to arrive after March 26, 2016. Truck only has faded and scratched paint on some areas of the roof, its a very clean defender. More pictures to follow, please PM me for details.
20000 USD shipped and cleared in Baltimore, MD for arrival early April, 2016.

Yeah I decided to not go bargain basement anymore, people are too scared of rough looking trucks.

If you were up for a road trip I know AZ issues titles on the spot, not sure how they are to deal with on foreign cars though.

NY state looks at the paperwork from DHS and goes so far as not accepting it and wants paperwork you have to make up out of thin air, basically you need to cheat to get a title. The EURO VIN makes their sales tax computer fail at the end when they decide to collect sales tax, they then send you to make a VIN rubbing.... even if you say hey the 7501 has a DHS officers stamp next to the VIN. It's the blind leading the blind NY SUCKS

Have you tried using ITS for titling? I use them to get my vintage ducati bikes registered.
