Choke cable on a diesel? Could that be a hand throttle?

Agreed. I'm not a big white guy with Rover's. I really dig the old two tone look. Also gun metal gray is another favorite if you are going to repaint. Pretty sure it's a hand throttle. Don't ask me why it's there...I have no idea. ------ Follow up post added January 7th, 2016 10:15 AM ------ I'll get a gauge pic tomorrow.

Throw some cool '80's retro stripes on it to break up the white.

Hand throttles are excellent for cold winter warm ups. I would also put the black grille and headlamp surrounds on, i think that would help break the white up. GLWS, looks like a nice survivor.

Thanks mate! I agree with the black to brake it up. A black diamond playing hood cover would look the bees knees on it.

I love the white on white look myself.
I think 5 bar is overused on many trucks and disagree that it would be a plus on this one. To each his own. I just wish the price was lower so I could make it mine.

The dash is totally as it left the factory and not even had a single hole drilled, neither is there any cracks to the top trim.

Something else has caught my eye...... Lowering price to $53k. I'm not saying it's another Shorland APC....but it's another Shorland APC.

I dig the white, looks great.

I'd love to buy that truck, but not in the cards now.

Derek, I was hoping to see a close up of the gauges. Any of those handy? Interested in seeing what gauges came stock and in what order.

*Looks* like:

Voltmeter (battery) -> Temp Gauge -> Fuel Gauge -> Speedo
