It needs a head unit, all the speakers are there but no receiver. I have one I could include.
Rover wheels very well and drives on the street with no problems. I daily drove it for a few months. I never hesitated to drive it 3-4 hours into the rockies, wheel all day, and drive it back to Denver. Will do 70mph on the highway.
