I have Defender 110 1989 with 200tdi conversion. This is a good project car. I would say all doors needs changing, some corrosion on body, some work to bulkhead etc.. I would go for galvanizing chassis, bulkhead and other steel parts and then painting. Not sure what actually is allowed.
'Backward' gear is disangaging when driving, so you need to hold it when going backwards.
This is genuine LHD. This car was imported from Germany to Estonia 10 yearsd ago and later was used as a weekend car.

For 100 euro - I can transport it to Klaipeda - sea port in Lithuania.
For 400-500 eur I can arrange transportation to UK port.
We can also repair this car to you spec. As you may know labour in Lithuania is quite cheap - so it is ideal place for car repairs.
This years I have established professional Defender workshop.
This year we already rebuild 3 Defenders 300tdi on original galvanized chassis, additionally one LHD Land Cruise BJ42 is almost ready..
