1989 LHD 90 SW 2.5 td priced to sell

Please refer to this ebay link,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/331414927703...84.m1561.l2649

I just posted a long description and it didn't post, I am new here and just wanted to post an ad. The price is 14500 firm, legally imported with Ohio title. The price includes four discovery alloy wheels. 141000 miles, power steering. Heater not working. Check ebay for the rest of the description. Sale fell through. I am going to relist this on ebay in a few days but I want to try here for a quick sale first, I am of the opinion that my price is very reasonable for a 1989 LHD 90 and I am short on time to sell, I am also not greedy, not looking to make a large profit. Please email asif109@hotmail.com or call 216-577-5982. Thanks!

yeah its 'sold' but the buyer is backing out. he says i should fix the heater, i priced it with its flaws and didn't even mention a heater or power steering in the listing for this reason. i am including aome alloys for 14500. i could slap them on and wash, wax it for more money but i don't have time and want to sell.

------ Follow up post added December 21st, 2014 02:27 PM ------

its 14.5 with alloys or 14 without, price firm. with better pictures the bidding would have gone higher i'm sure but i'm busy and not motivated to put more time into advertising.

From your ebay description: "I have described the vehicle honestly and as accurately as possible, its a 25 year old vehicle and is not perfect and is sold as is, with no warranties expressed or implied." So which is it? Are you not disclosing the nonfunctioning features or describing the vehicle as honestly and accurately as possible? I would have backed out too. GLWTS.

Show me one other ad in this price range that has disclosed as much as I have, the heater didn't work so I didn't claim the heater even existed. How is that dishonest? I think I really should just tart it up and ask for 20k like everyone else, being honest just makes people think its ok to pick things apart. I said its 'not perfect', how many 25 year old defender have working heaters? If you are not interested, then don't comment.

Thank you. I was not aware of the difference. What does RHD mean?

I thought this was an enthusiast forum, I shouldn't have to explain what RHD means...

Pulling your leg. Read a few of the trucks for sale here then update your add. Add the requisite high resolution photos of the typical problem areas: bulkhead corners, vents, rear cross, floor boards, out riggers, etc. Talk about the mechanicals, shifting in 1st and 2nd, bushings, vibrations, sustained crusing speed, etc. If you want any credibility here, post these pictures before BS'ing with me. I'm just slowing you down.

I understand, but the thing is that I am exhausted with how long it took for me to get possession of this truck and how much extra I had to pay for customs exams. I don't have the motivation or patience to properly market it at this point. If I were to do all that, then I could get more money but I want 14k, at that price I think I should be able to sell it the way it is. I'm only making 3k at this price but I want to move on. If I have to wax it and take all the great pictures I would end up increasing the price. So if anyone thinks this is a good deal here, 14k is my bottom dollar, no negotiations. I already had a texas dealer at this price who knew about all the flaws including the heater, then he got outbid by the current winner 14.1 k and now he is reluctant to complete the transaction.
