I'm going to kick myself for selling this... But The Chief Financial & Executive Officer (AKA The Wife) wants the herd cut.

It's perfect for a trail rig and you need to drive it like you stole it.

I bought this back in Oct and I've not tinker with this truck a lot. The truck had fan issues (bad wire) and a transmission line leak (damaged o-ring). That's why the PO got rid of the truck.

The truck has 165,000 on the clock. The speedo is not working. It was disconnected.

Has a 3.9L Motor from a Defender (not the 3.5L), ZF 4HP22 and LT230 (both from a Disco).

Flex-a-Lite aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. This radiator has the capabilities for a oil cooler line setup (not present).

Remote transmission cooler with electric fans. These electric fans were hard wired and were causing issues. I got rid of all that and will install an electric fan controller.

It will start immediately and drives pretty well. (Sounds great)

The interior was rhino lined (Horsey was this yours?) and has Disco I seats in the front.

These are the goodies:

RTE stainless steel track rod
RTE Springs
RTE Front Cones
RTE Rear Cones
RTE Radius Arms
RTE Rear Links
RTE Rear Upper Shock Mounts
Bump Stops
NRP with Cherry Bomb Exhausts
Blue Sea Fuse Block
Flex-a-Lite Radiator w/Electric Fans
Transmission Cooler w/ Electric Fans and Braided SS Lines
Front Custom Bumper
Rear Custom Bumper
Sliders
Roof Rack
Disco I Transmission/T-Case
Gulf Coast Rovers steelies with shitty tires

The front bumper is gone...

My price is pretty firm.. I can part it out and make at a minimum twice my asking price.

The first 4 pics are from the PO.

Thanks!

Also, this is a 25 year old vehicle and can get Antique Tags.

BTW. Ray has a set of five (5) Super Swamper Radial TSL in 265/80-16 (32") he's looking to unload for $375.

Or phrased another way; Ray currently has the aforementioned TSL's that everyone else in NOVA has owned at some point that seem to excel mostly in going from vehicle to vehicle with little wheeling right now-though they are very much trail rig tires....Pedro had thought about buying them (back) at the above cost for this rig...

Talking Suggestions for Trail Rig

Option 1, get a place to store it, out of sight out of mind.
Option 2, negotiate with spousal unit compromise united nations style
Option 3, sell it, immediately regret it, get mad @ spousal unit buy another Rover.
Option 4, part it out, get mad regret it and build another rig.
Option 5, regroup consider all options....

My fortune cookie wisdom....cool rig...

With all the money that Pedro has tied up in trucks he doesn't need/want, he could buy a NAS90

Tony,

I've done ALL five options in less than 6 months.

Make me a reasonable offer.

If not... I'll part out.

You know what the truck has and you can call dibs on the aforementioned parts.
