'Grats on the purchase!

Ok, so since the motor needs some work, does anyone know how long it will take to redo the electrical system on that 90? ( sorry could not resist)

I give Pedro 11 months. Not family friendly, will have to go once engine replaced, electrical system worked out, dog guard install and tray to store the GTT installed.

They fit but without spacers ther center caps don't fit, I have installed these wheels on two 80's defenders and the center caps don't fit.

Ea different style had different reliefs cast on the inside. Blanket statements that alloys fit or do not cannot be made.

Wow I didn't think there would be so much drama set off by selling this truck to Pedro. He did warn me not to say 'sold' on the forums till it was a done deal, which I complied with by waiting till it was paid for and title was handed over. All defenders I have sold so far have gone to great buyers, paid quickly and were happy with how I described the vehicle to them once they got it, the deal with Pedro was only slightly unusual in that it happened maybe a bit quicker than normal and he paid cash, it only took a few hours. I'm surprised board members are so shocked by the fact that he bought it, he wanted to buy it and that's what he did.

Well what I have learned is to not reveal the identity of the buyer, I just wanted to mark the vehicle as sold on this post and mentioned the buyer's name, so I will apologize to Pedro for mentioning his name in case he isn't thrilled with all the attention he is getting.

Since people are having a lot of fun with this thread, I would also like to apologize for using run on sentences. Too many commas in my posts.

Install snorkel

Then bring it to the Conclave, not wheel it, park it , except to shower on my cabin, and since it is a diesel, it might end up in the lake

LMAO

Funnily enough I remember having many conversations with Pedro about his need for seats in his next "adventure"....citing the desire and need, to get his two kids out and camping...seems he will be selling a pickup cab and needs some jump seats and a full hardtop with rollover protection!!
