It's possible that the caps might not fit. I'm not sure that's the case for trucks of this era, but the hubs on older defenders are different and I remember a thread about alloys not perfectly fitting older ROW trucks.

I used a 1/4 inch spacer on 1988. Worked fine, but cant fit caps on.

Damn, well back to doing Harbor Group ?

with 1 inch spacers from ebay (around $100 a pair) you can fit any alloy with the center caps. IMO fitting an alloy w/o center caps looks half a$$ed. I have done it but went looking for the remedy because I didn't like it.

Trey's 83 110 has had just about every set of wheels and tires I own on it over the years from swampers on wolf wheels to the current deep dishes with yokahoma at's that he seems to have settled on. He has been able to easily swap everything despite the huge front hubs on his early 110 because of the spacers.

Well I've never stopped Harbour Group, just slowed the pace so it was self managed with very little time required from me.

I had to buy myself out of my ( existing ) contract , so I might have to stand on a corner with a cardboard sign saying " Broke, Please Help " LOL

I will probably continue to do Hospitality , but in a Training / QA fashion as 3rd Party Vendor ( so I can limit the amount of units and time ) rather than on yearly contract, you know, go in, set it up, train the peeps, get out, collect

are we taking bets on how long Pedro will own this truck ? How many times have we given him a hard time and he responds "no DOOOODE this is what I have always wanted" ?
He'll have it looking like a manila jeepney in no time.

I'm assuming the first technical thread will be how to fit 130 sliders on a D90

Easy with spacers but the front tires will rub when you make a turn.
