This has to be a joke. I didn't get a single call, text or email from him, for which a decision like this would require multiples of each to a half dozen locals. Did Pedro set you up to play us Asif? If so, well played Pedro!

Or maybe it's the new Pedro?

No. No joke... not April's Fools. The old PITA Pedro.

Asif and I met today and closed the deal.

Should have the truck by Friday next week.

Now... any idea where I can store this.

Don't worry, Charles. This will show up at your house soon enough. Along with the Isuzu oiler burner. You know, that 800 lb lump that took up space in your garage for over a year, shipped to Ohio, only to start its journey back to your garage a year later.
It is the circle of Pedro!

I know of a garage/driveway that will be empty for the next 6-8 weeks. The owner is at some lake in NY.

Thanks dood!!!

This happened relatively quick.

Russell sent me a text last night ... next thing I know, Asif and I were exchanging Dinero and documents.

This is unbelievable. I'm with Galpin, not a text/call/smoke-signal/pop-in/midnight knock on the window. Insane! Remind me not to return until a new motor is swapped in .

Some of us are still skeptical

Well... the cabrón won't answer his phone.

But seriously, this happened in less than 12 hours.

I sent Asif a PM at 7:30 and at 2:30 it was a done deal.
