1988 6 door Defender crew cab on 39 Mickey Thompson for CANADA only

Finally we have had some time to start building our new project.

1988 LHD Defender 157, 6 door crew cab, modified suspension, almost new 2.8 TGV TDI engine.

Full repaint in black, Safety Devices custom full exterior rollcage with 2 internal hoops, Iceland flares, 39 inch Mickey Thompsons. Loadfloor and all floorpans line-X'ed. LED lights front and rear. 6 new doors, PUMA hood.

3 rows of SVX recaro style seats in custom leather for customers wishes, other seating possible as well.

Rear tub came back from paint today. Will be removed to get the loadfloor Line-X'ed next week again.

Building this for customer in Vancouver, progressing step by step....

On it way to my local trimmer to get a custom made alcantara headliner.

Safety Devices custom cage installed, 6 x SVX style leather seats in diamond stitching, Td5 style dash

My 127 towing the 157 ..

I sold the 2.8 TGV engine to the previous owner and had the change to drive this car. Really nice an unique.
Turns out much better then the "zebra" colors it had before.
