You can tell I'm not trying to sell my D90 very hard.. Just getting around to uplading a couple of pictures. If these work I'll take more.

Since my original post I replaced the rear drive shaft u joints, and removed sealed and reinstalled the floor boards. Replaced the shifter, rebuilt and adjusted the shift mechanism.

Truck runs great!

Finally some pics

Ok, so I finally took the time to figure out my camera. Here are some extra pictures I just took. I sprayed the interior front floors with a light coat of bed liner, and the underside with undercoat and sealed the floor panels down. Much quieter inside... I had a question about the black around the doors, it's rustoleum semi-flat spray paint I used to cover the paint chips from repairing the door frames.

The only bad bit on the truck is the main bulkhead, it's got a good bit of rust and patches. I recommend replacing it, but for summer driving it's not a problem.

The truck looks funny sitting on 29 inch tires with a +2 in lift, I'm thinking about throwing on an old set of 285/75/16 Bridgestones just to fill the wheel wells.

I have this and my 84 SVO for sale. I'm only looking to get rid of one of them, so we'll see which sells first.

I'm open to offers.

No to see if the pictures made it...

Sean

if you swap the exhaust manifold/turbo out for a 300 tdi one. Fast and easy and plentiful on ebay uk. Amazed that a tdi 90 on a galv chassis with new trans and Tcase is still on the market for this price.

I must admit I'm not a LHD/RHD expert, so I don't know about that.

1 point of order from above, the t case is not new, the trans, and the large gear that fits between the trans and the T case are new. THe transfer gear has the oil hole mod to make the splines last longer as well.

The truck has probably been here so long because I didn't get pictures up quick enough, plus I think people want a truck with all of the bolt ons..

Either way, it should be sold today, we'll see once the check arrives/clears.

That is a nice job Aaron! Did you replace the bulkhead or was it repairable?

Looks good, I'm surprised to see the new springs and shocks removed though.. Some don't care for the brit-part yellow though. I'm happy it found a new home, and someone who was willing to fix it up.

Dare I ask what the reno ran?

You can ask Adam if you like, I hate to kiss and tell. He wanted a lift and other reasons behind that swap
