1985 Land Rover 110 V8, LHD $25-$27K

This car is on its way to Michigan, ETA early December.

They become really hard to find in Europe but I have managed to have another one. All original 110, LHD and in good shape. Not perfect but for sure one of the better unrestored ones around.

The good:
- All original.
- No rust on frame, new rear cross member
- nice interior, not new but well taken car fore.
- runs and drives nice. Brakes, transmission, engine, everything works like you might expect.
- foot wells solid but repaired
- odometer shows 187.000 Km which equals to appr. 120 K miles. No proof wetter this is accurate but given the condition of the car it wouldn't surprise me this is correct.
- Tires, 90% with newer wolf wheels. Spare tire different tire and original wheel.
- roof rack with ladder

The bad:
- some aluminum corrosion on doors.
- car has been repainted in its original color somewhere in its life.
- welding done to frame and foot wells, professional though.

I didn't have the change to do a full and detailed inspection so I prefer to sell it only when it has arrived here in MI. All the pictures I have right now are attached to this listing as soon as I have it I will make more of the interior, door frames etc.

I have given a price range, the final price depends on the costs involved with customs.

Good looking defender. I like the green. Your like the only person in the world seemingly that can find lhd defenders for a fair price. Keep it up, I might just buy one from you someday. Wish I could move on this. Obviously that is a 2.5 diesel? When did they start putting the 200 tdi in? 88 or 89?

Nice one Johan. Looks a lot like my first 110, but better!

Interesting. That means July we are eligible for 200 imports... Very exciting.

Fitting we celebrate the 4th and get to enjoy a new type of British vehicle that we can't now for epa...all in one month. I bet guys are socking up around the world to sell here next year..

How hard would it be to put a diesel in a v8 rover or would it even be worth it?

Bump

The synchromesh of the 2nd gear was not good, so I had the transmission replaced. At the same time put in a new clutch and cover.

Price $ 27,500
