I love the color on this truck, if my wife didn't hate orange I would paint my 110 that color in a heart beat. Even with the little bit of damage that is a great deal for a 110 DC

My girlfriend and I are going to visit my family in Dublin then flying to Paris and staying there for three nights. For Christmas she surprised me with a day trip to Brussels for unlimited fries and beers

Nice. Tomorrow I'm going with some friends to London for a week, with a day in Paris.

I'm not surprised, or upset. I think I could have gotten more for it, but I was in a bit of a time crunch so I could get the other truck.

That's quite an amazing ROI if the seller gets it.

Jimmy sells it for 23K, and 10 weeks later its up to 30K.
It appreciated by $700 per week!?
Amazing.

Jimmy, you should put the green truck in your picture now.

Just cause they're asking more than you sold it for doesn't mean they'll get it. I love the 90 you got and obviously from the trip, it is a good one.

there is so much interest in defenders at the minute ... unless you sell at top prices someone is gonna try and flip your truck.

Asking and getting are completely different. Jimmy sold to a dealer and knew what his motivations were. Putting it out there for sale to test the market @ a certain price is exactly that, testing.

Cabell sold his 88 a couple years ago and it was posted here- sold for around 17.5 and 6 weeks later was on the market @ a Ct dealership for 34k. No matter what you or I think something is worth, there is always someone willing to pay more. Dealers spend a lot of time and money trying to find that buyer.
