1985 D110 RH drive $8500

I have soft top D110 with a 2.5 diesel. It is in good shape, has a 5 speed and a North Carolina title. Just installed brand new rims and tires and have the originals, a new u-joint and checked the rear Salsberry axle. There was some surface rust on the frame, but very little, so we media blasted it and painted it with POR-15. It has all the markings of a Gulf War vet, but don't know that much about the history. The only reason I am selling is I have too many toys. If you would like more info, pictures, or video shot me an email at keith@wilsonoffroad.com. I was told that I am not asking enough for it, but I am happy with this price, your gain. I will post some pictures today at wilsonoffroad.com

I never count anything as "sold" until the seller him/herself says it.

I talked to him on the way down to see him, Mark wired him the money.

Ah, OK as long as you confirmed. Some people here say "sold" the same way they say "licked" in that the item is still actually available. And, not saying that this was the case here, but we've even had items from Craigslist that have been posted here, and someone will say "it sold" just to deter others from calling the seller, so that they have a better chance at the item.

Its a nice truck. Super clean, solid chassis with straight body. Thank you Kieth.

Brian, sorry if I beat you to the punch mate. If I think a vehicle is a good deal, looks clean and priced fair I jump on it. I hope it did not inconvenience you. If so my apologies. All I knew was that someone was going to come and look, I did not know you were actually on the way.

If the reference was to me about craigslist defender posted.
Yes, I recently bought a truck posted on this forum available on craigslist and I posted sold on the forum because I wired him the money immediately as I usually do. Why waste seller and potential buyers time calling if its gone.

Re: the term licked I see used quite on this forum. I have purchased two vehicles after someone "licked" it. Having to go to the bank to qualify a loan, or having to talk to your wife, waiting to go and inspect the vehicle, or trying to negotiate a better price does not constitute that someone is actually buying the vehicle.

Nope wasn't in reference to you specifically, was just saying that on here in the past people have said an item has sold, only to find out it's still actively for sale.

So what's your plan for it?

Interesting picture. One side is offensive rims the other is not. Big rims on Defenders ruin them.

Ha, true. A little more effort in the photoshop department is required.
